Amazing experience at a well run and wonderfully staffed central London hotel.

After a nightmare week of collapsing ceilings and being forced to couch surf for a week I finally snapped and booked a night in a hotel just to get some time for myself and to sleep in a proper bed. I picked Pullman because it was competitively priced and a little more stylish than the budget hotels. I could have spent half the price and stayed in a Travelodge or budget hotel but I wanted somewhere with some character, a proper sized bed and a sauna if I wanted to use it. I guess I wanted to treat myself after a sh**ty week. The hotel didn't disappoint at all! The lobby, reception and bar is stylish and new. Everything flowed and checking in was quick and easy. Of course I stayed during the pandemic and a week before Lockdown 2.0 kicked in so it was quiet but the staff were AMAZING! Each staff member I interacted with were friendly, genuine and professional. They checked me in and took care of me and even though I only stayed for a night I felt like I had stayed for longer so personable was the service. My room was incredible and the bed perfect. The signal to the TV was a little shaky and cut out a bit but the WiFi was very very good for a hotel. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. It was a great experience. I cannot recommend this place enough. I never write reviews, you can tell by the date of my last one but I wanted to review this place because the staff were brilliant. If you're looking for a stylish, clean, centrally located well priced hotel then this is it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Super team and spotless hotel !

The team was very welcoming , specially Eduardo, Johan,Mitchell, and the two breakfast team members who served us our breakfast every morning. Thank you again for giving us one of the best views of the hotel :D Stay safe! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The staff is their unique asset!

We completely loved our stay at Pullman St. Pancras. Everything from check-in to our departure was immaculate and the level of service we were provided by every single member of the team was outstanding. The room, which was so thoughtfully complimentary upgraded, was fabulous and clean to very high standards. Breakfast choice was wide and different and the quality of the food was excellent. Throughout our entire stay we felt extremely safe as the hotel and staff have taken every single measure to ensure regulations and restrictions are fully respected. The level of the service provided was mind-blowing and we particularly loved the attention and friendliness provided by Johan, Csaba and Marius. Will definitely be back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

AMAZING STAFF AT THE RESTAURANT

Visited the hotel recently. As a whole was disappointed and so was my partner. That is not to say, that there are, fabulous staff working very hard in exceptional times! It was obvious from the start they’d forgotten about what was said at booking! This first became obvious with the panic in the receptionist eyes. It was confirmed as my partner arrived to the room just as the champagne was being delivered which had been pre ordered! To be concluded with my arrival and as when we both arrived to our room the second dressing gown was arriving!!! JUNIOR SUITE? We booked a meal at the restaurant that evening and glad we did! It was excellent... a few misunderstandings on what a large plate included and a small wait on additional seasoning/sauces after realising our earlier questions hadn’t been fully understood on both parts! The restaurant was busy and at these times full to its legal capacity! Never once did I feel that the guidelines were not being adhered too and overall felt confident and safe in my surroundings. Yet once again the original booking had been dismissed... as a couple we were placed on a round table meant for 4 (at least) there was no intimacy...on top of this it was in front of the kitchen... I’ll now just say that I personally love an open kitchen ... and in any other circumstance I’d be overjoyed with where we were sat! But it wasn’t any other circumstance ... it was awkward, felt very overlooked and uncomfortable! There were a few staff members that shone that evening... I’m embarrassed to not know their names...and I apologise! I think I spent most of the night calming down my partner as what he thought he’d planned as a perfect night was going sorry for northern language but “Tits Up” Actually to be honest all restaurant staff in the evening were fabulous! Extremely attentive - we didn’t wait for anything! (Ok apart from butter sauce but as I’ve said mis communication) There are two members of staff I wish to point out; as I feel their service and personality shone out above the rest! Moving on to breakfast which of course was pre booked with our “package” !!!!! On arrival the lovely lady wasn’t able to find our reservation - she chose the best option - seat us first then deal with issue! It all went to pot! We ordered coffees - they didn’t arrive! The lovely lady came back to our table to ask our room number again ... I corrected this twice as 102 not 110 and yet still unable to find us? Then After also giving surname ... it was resolved! We actually happened to be second on the list that she had in her hand! We also got looks from staff - when we tried to get their attention - as if to say “you’ve not ordered yet”. We were still waiting on menus/service from individual waiting on staff! Let alone our bleeding Lattes! I know! I appreciate it’s the hardest of time’s! Yet now more than ever people/companies/ businesses/ staff need to pull together ... I’ve left this till last THOSE 2 STAFF MEMBERS as I did earlier say I didn’t get names so I’ll have to describe them ... FIRST: Male... tall... bald (shaved?!)...has an accent...is very confident ... he sorted out our cheeseboard/dessert conundrum ... was humorous, knowledgable, and assertive! SECOND: Female... mid height... long dark hair... accent but her English is immaculate... very helpful and always had a smile on her face! Both of them where at breakfast before we left at 09:45 I am truly sorry I never got names to give them their true recognition ...but I hope description dies help ... What a great hotel...

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. All staff members were friendly and professional (the best combination really...), and the hotel has modern facilities and absolutely beautiful views. I really couldn’t have asked more.
