Modern but faulty design

This recent addition to CDG hotel has modern technology but lacking fresh air. The windows cannot even be partially opened and air circulation is stifling. However, staff more than make up for this deficiency, particularly during covid times. Thanks for front desk staff for helping with baggage and directions and special mention of Camille in the bar who with her cheerful and efficient service makes you feel special. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Hotel well managed, clean, and very good services

During COVID 19, our family spends a night at this hotel before flying. The hotel was very well organized and all precautionary measures were taken. Two bedrooms link together were spacious, clean, and quiet. The mattresses were excellent. Breakfast was well dressed and one staff was looking to ensure hygiene protocol was executed as per their guideline. A safe haven in this troubled time. Congratulation! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My overall opinion about the hotel is very good. However I was not to please with the restaurant. When I arrived the buffer was closed at 7:30 pm. This is too early considering the guest arrival time. Unfortunately the menu card after the buffer is very limited and with few choices. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good airport hotel

Pullman CDG has apparently been recently refurbished and the suite with additional connecting room was extremely nice with great beds and some amazing duvets and pillows. The place is extremely quiet. I wouldn’t recommend access to the hotel by the CDG Val if you have bulky luggage as it turned out to be quite of an ordeal with all the escalators... It is a pity that there is no shuttle service offered which is a standard in most high range airport hotels. Dinner was also a bit of a let down even if food and service were pretty good. The restaurant closes at 10.30 so you would imagine that the kitchen would close at 11.30 to properly serve guests but it is in fact the kitchen that closes at 10.30 so we were a bit rushed up to place our order and had people preparing the dining room for breakfast while eating... Not the most welcoming feeling. A bigger let down was even breakfast where the quality of croissants was pretty bad. They were hard and chewy, same for the bread... Room was dirty! Found hair in my bed. Carpet was covered in stains. Walls had marks all over. Complained and they changed my room. Did not even ask to help me shift or if I needed anything. No sense of service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
