Excellent accomadation with brilliant staff at heart of old town Riga. Wonderful surronding and spotless clean accomadation. Fabolus breakfast' with amazing selections served with smiley happy team. Attentive & professional staff all around the venue. Special thanks to lovely Teresa for providing all the useful information & seervice. We are so sorry to hear effect of Covid-19 to the hotel but we are sure once all this over this accomadation will be place to be at Riga. Tiny flaws kept interrupting the good things

There were good and not so good things. We really wanted to enjoy sauna and watch a movie at the evening when done with delicious dinner that we had outside. So, the room was clean, staff were great, liked the interior. Had delicious breakfast. Pillows and bed itself - can't complain, lovely. However, there were minor insulation problems in the shower, it kept overflowing in spite of the drain working properly. TV was with glitches, watching a movie without weird interruptions or TV just powering off was impossible. Bose speaker was there...Couldn't connect to it either..Went to sauna. Was not that warm and kept getting colder. No staff was present at that floor so we could just ask what's up with it. It wasn't even late, at about 5 PM.So, if we weren't planning on a movie and sauna, it would've been a really good stay. But it wasn't sadly. Now I can say - just an okay stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

The Sales and Reception Manager she was very kind and professional, we had three guests and felt home at the property. Excellent. The location is excellent and the room is nicely arranged. Breakfast is also good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

Everything was just very well. You just feel welcome in this hotel. Good atmosphere, everything is just 500 m radius, old town. Parking is just behind hotel 18 eur/24 h, not very cheap but also not very expencive. Breakfast is supper, all I needed was ther. Definitely in my top 3 in Riga TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
