Had reservations somewhere else but when we went to check in they were rude & ended up leaving. It was late (midnight) we found this hotel & they were so friendly,helpful & took care of us with no problems... Lonna was working the desk.. She was GREAT... We were in town for an emergency as my father was in the hospital she even gave us a nice discount because we were here for hospital reasons... Very clean & nice room.. Pool area is great too...They also were so nice & allowed us too stay hours past our check out time without charging us as we were waiting for Our father to get out of surgery... thank you so much Quality Inn!!!!!! At first I thought this hotel and banquet hall was wonderful. We had booked it for our wedding 2 years ago. The staff was kind and accommodating. Over the last 2 years they had a change in ownership and management. Since then we’ve experienced people not getting back to us, leaving emails and messages unanswered, and very unprofessional behavior. At first I figured it was just they were busy and I was understanding and patient. After it kept happening I was less than impressed. Shortly thereafter, when you call they have no idea who you should talk to about anything and if you leave a message chances are you won’t get a call back or you’ll have to wait weeks for an email back. About a month ago my fiancé and I had to postpone our wedding due to businesses having to close due to the government mandated shut down. We asked for a refund (in our contract it was stated that if you cancel your event 30 days prior you would still get a refund, which we cancelled before the 30 days). At this point we had paid the venue in full. My mom was taking care of contacting them to get things sorted out. They not only weren’t able to connect her to the manager (because the gentleman we were in contact with before was no long with the company and the man that answered the phone didn’t know if or when the new manager would be in) but the woman in charge of the restaurant and banquet halls wasn’t answering emails or phone calls either. My mom tried calling corporate just to be met with “each hotel is privately owned and operated” therefore they couldn’t do anything about it. Now after almost 4 weeks of waiting for any type of answer we are still stuck with no refund or an answer as to why. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS FACILITY FOR THE BANQUET HALL OR TO STAY. Terrible place and everything smells of bo

Our second night was paid for (nonrefundable) and we still left instead of staying there. The door was misaligned and you can see right into our room, I hung a sweatshirt on the door handle because they were fully booked. The shower was moldy and smelled. The breakfast was useless. The staff were useless and smelled of bo. The entire hotel smelled of bo because of it. I purchased cancellation insurance, and even though they were booked solid, they refused to cancel the second day. My wife didn't feel good, but this was not a big deal. Horrible experience. My daughter booked a room to visit for Christmas. She was supposed to check in Christmas Eve. Her 2 and a half hour trip took almost 4 hours because of fog. When she arrived at 11pm with her infant, one year old and two year old, they told her they don't accept cash. No one told her that previously and it's not listed on the website. We called the 800 number and they tried telling the guy at the front desk to let her check in but he refused. Banks are closed for the holidays so she can't even deposit money to use her debit card. So she drive around and found a Walgreens open and put money on her card only to find out that it didn't show up on her card right away like it always does, I would imagine because it's Christmas. So we called the 800 number again, and they again called the front desk to try to get them to let her check in because now she doesn't even have cash to get a different hotel. They still refused. So here this guy leaves her stranded with 3 babies at almost midnight on Christmas Eve after driving 4 hours to get there. Worst customer service I have EVER seen in my life. Her card was on file, she had an ID and cash in hand. My mind is blown. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed here on 9/9 for a business trip and was a nightmare from the get go. Arrived at 6:00 pm for check in. Walked in room and greeted to the smell of cleanser/vomit mix. As a Gold member business traveler I always inspect room as I spend a lot of nights on the road. Pulled back sheets to find strands of long black hair on the mattress along with an unflushed toilet from previous guest. Went down to switch rooms and clerk without looking up from magazine said " Sorry, full ". I asked again and he stated " I said we are full " and walked away. At this point out of fatigue and anger I stayed. Got 4 hours sleep in the chair and left. Windows and doors were filthy and no apologies given. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I exclusively stay at Choice locations but this was way below their standards. Disgusting! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
