DO NOT STAY HERE! The worst customer service. They did not honor a credit, reschedule, or refund for my stay, after being positively tested for COVID. They said that “I should have given them more notice”. However, I did not have any symptoms. I was required to take the test for a new job and did not get the results until I was on my drive to Zion. I was told to quarantine for 14 days. I called the hotel immediately to let them know. They were not empathetic what so ever! This was a difficult circumstance at the moment and they closed the door on me. They immediately denied a refund. I was not so much looking for a refund but rather a reschedule in stay in the next 14 days when I am done with quarantine and they could not even offer that to me. They were very rude and unapologetic. I will NEVER book with this company again. Do yourself a favor and look to stay else where! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed 2 nights during our stay in Zion. 1st, ZERO staff members wear mask nor practice social distanciation. When we arrived we were surprised by the front desk person : she had no mask. That should have been the first and the last red light of the trip. But then when we required help with a broken AC in our room, this same person stepped in our bedroom WITHOUT MASK, in a tiny space while we were here. 2nd red light. 3rd, the cleaning staff : they make your bed, they clean your fridge and bathroom without wearing mask. What's next ? The cleaning lady doing her job in the room where the ice-machine is loaded isn't wearing a mask either ! ZERO safety, and guess what ? The AC still didn't work. Doesn't worth the money at all. Many hotel in Zion do require mask : stay there! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This was a nice quiet hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, Grounds and rooms were extremely clean. Received a e-mail the night before we arrived. The e-mail told us about the shuttle and that they had a breakfast. Walked into to register and they had a huge sign with a photo of a waffle, hot coffee, and fruit. We booked this hotel of the Majestic because of the breakfast. The GM was ver nice and pleasant but the the check in person new nothing. It was obvious that the e-mail was generic and had not been changed in a long time. The shuttle was not running that was ok. The breakfast was the problem. Everything was pre packaged because of Utah laws, No coffee or tea, they only have Chocolate milk they do not have regular milk packaged juice, but just apple and mixed, 4 oz, and cheap packaged donuts, Fruit was behind the counter so ask for it, no cereal ask for it. one of each per person. Overall a good experience just not happy they had it posted that offered breakfast and had signed promoting the breakfast in the lobby. BBQ is in the back corner bring charcole and a chair. No place to sit. Walking distance to town. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Terrible customer service. Couldn’t be more floored by a terrible money hungry manager/owner. Not worth the trouble dealing with this group or hotel. Front desk is not ever there to answer calls during normal hours. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Spacious, clean, good amenities

We arrived hours before checkin and they provided us with a very nice room that had a king size bed, couch/sitting area and bathroom. It was very reasonably priced, we were able to do laundry ($2 wash/$2 dry) and they still provided a grab and go breakfast. Customer service was excellent and the location is very walkable. We walked to get dinner and the woman at the front desk was able to direct us to other shops as well for what we needed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
