Luxury Hotel for Couples Getaway

May 15th, 2020

I highly recommend Queen's Landing for a romantic getaway especially if you are celebrating a milestone anniversary or birthday. It's a great venue for weddings as well. The attention to details from the decor to the service and the food was impeccable. Vintage Hotels has managed to capture the flair of the 18th Century which was capitivating for me. Also, being within walking distance from the historic main town is a definite plus. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Anniversary lunch

Mar 2nd, 2020

I don’t even eat fish but I had the fish and mashed potatoes it was delicious!!!! I paired it with a forty creek whisky and ginger ale .... I scraped the plate how good the fish was. My husband had the shechewan chicken I think it’s called with mashed and sweet sauce it was also very good paired with the beer sampler. To finish it all off we had the chocolate platter dessert also yummy variety!!!! Looking forward to going there again TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I would return!

Feb 17th, 2020

I stayed here as part of a week long work trip and I must say - Queen’s Landing did not disappoint! My room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Double sinks, a shower and a jetted tub. The king size bed was comfortable and I loved the gas fireplace. The grounds and hotel common areas were beautiful. It reminded me of a scaled back version of Vegas. The food was great - the hotel fed our group dinner a few times, lunch and breakfast daily. The service was absolutely exquisite. I would 100% return here, not only for business but for a nice romantic getaway with my husband. It’s in close proximity to everything and really has a genuine romantic vibe. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not what we thought

Feb 14th, 2020

We came here for a birthday/valentines day celebration. The hotel didnt even acknowledge this. Our check in was fine, the guy was informative but neglected to say the buffet was at cost. The room was ok. Clean, nice view of the river. comfy bed but didnt have a fitted sheet so when we woke up we were on a bare mattress. There was a very loud generator that kept going off every 10 mins like a squeaking sound. The towels were like drying with sandpaper. The room they gave us was connected to another room and you could hear the other guests breathing. You have to pay extra for parking and wifi -15$ per guest. This also includes the shuttle but if you dont use it its a waste. The restaurant bacchas was good. Great food. Tiara is very expensive. When we checked out the lady at the desk didnt even ask how our stay was. We probably wont be back TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Close to the theater

Feb 11th, 2020

well appointed rooms, beautifully decorated for Christmas season. Very short walk to the Shaw Festival theater and short stroll to many of the shops. High end pricing but well worth it for a special weekend TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
