Wonderful Wedding Weekend at Queen's Landing

May 23rd, 2019

My husband and I just got married a couple weekends ago at Queen's Landing and it was everything we had hoped for. Working with Rikki as our event's manager was a pleasure, both in the planning stages and while on-site. I heard many comments from our guests on how much they enjoyed the food and the property itself. We stayed in a suite and it was lovely. I would highly recommend having your wedding at QL and/or just coming from a vacation stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Their restaurant tried to kill me - twice!!!

May 21st, 2019

The rooms were okay, with awful wifi which was a bit of an inconvenience since we were travelling with two boys. But what really upset me was the lack of care of concern regarding my food allergies. I do not eat gluten or cow dairy (which is pretty common) and on the lunch menu they claimed their greek salad contained sheep feta, which I can eat. After eating most of my salad I was informed that it was actually cow feta. They promised someone would follow up with me but I did not hear from anyone. THEN, at dinner, I was very clear that my meal needed to be dairy and gluten free. They served me spatzel, assured me it was gluten free, and then rushed out halfway during my meal to tell me it actually contained gluten. Again, they told me the manager would be in touch with me to follow-up on this situation and I did not hear from anyone. I will never go to the hotel again. The level of service and care towards their customers is non-existent. They actually fed me food that I was allergic to - TWICE - and never bothered following up with me. AND - to add insult to injury - they charged me $50 for a very small piece of arctic char. Done and done. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Midweek ladies getaway

May 19th, 2019

We have stayed at the Queen's Landing several times, both in the winter and spring. It is a beautiful property, conveniently located, with just a short walk to the main street in NOTL. Rooms are spacious and very clean, dining options are also really good with lots of choice. It is also nice being able to eat at all three hotels, Prince of Wales, Pillar & Post and the Queens Landing TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice Hotel

May 17th, 2019

On arrival, I was put in room 175 - I arrived quite late at night and there was no room service or food available, only a vending machine for snacks. Room was very nice but the ac unit was very noisy and my room was overlooking a flat roof that was very noisy with the rain. In the morning, I explained the room issues and was immediately moved to another room. This room on the 3rd floor, room 396 was overlooking the front car park but no issues with the ac. There is a great pool and hot tub area with showers etc that can be accessed with your room card which was very nice. I had the buffet breakfast before setting off to Niagara Falls which was very tasty. Although you are a little way out from the falls it was nice to see a different part of the area and the town of NOTL was beautiful with horse drawn carriages and quaint little shops. Sadly I had to leave at 3am on the 2nd day for my airport transfer so a little bit of a waste of a hotel room and in hindsight, I should have stayed at Niagara itself to maximise my time at the falls but all in all, Queens Landing is a beautiful hotel. Excellent Experience1

May 16th, 2019

My wife and I just returned from our first stay at Queen's Landing and were really impressed. Property is beautiful and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a premium room with a fireplace and jet tub - extremely well-appointed. I had requested an arrangement of roses for my wife and they were just gorgeous. The note I had requested was also included along with a welcome birthday card and chocolates at check-in! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in gorgeous surroundings! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
