Excellent quality and service

Aug 5th, 2020

Great location, excellent rooms and hotel quality, and the service was absolutely top notch. The patio in the back was one of the hidden gems and was a great place to enjoy their drinks and food in comfort TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Impromptu Couple of Nights

Aug 3rd, 2020

An attractive hotel both in terms of its common areas/gardens and the rooms themselves, in an excellent location in Bath near The Circus and an easy walk into the main shopping areas. What really made the stay memorable was the staff who without exception were clearly working very hard to get the show back on the road, and doing so in a very friendly and helpful way. Everyone was great - of particular mention is a French guy on the staff who went well out of his way to find us a decent place to eat and book it for us on Sunday evening. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend this place. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

So good to be back...

Aug 2nd, 2020

It’s great to see the Queensberry open again, along with some lovely refurbishment keeping it stylish but fresh; we need to try a few more of the redecorated rooms now. In the current environment, effective and practical measures to protect everyone are essential and this is well planned and managed. As ever, it’s the people that matter and and make the hotel special more than anything else, and it was a pleasure to see some of the familiar faces. We got engaged here last year after staying many times previously, and we will keep coming back. We are also very much looking forward to the Olive Tree opening its doors again. Post lockdown heaven

Aug 2nd, 2020

We booked to stay on the opening night after lockdown having stayed previously in January 2020. What a wonderful 24 hours we had, from the gorgeous Queensberry hotel, to dinner at The Ivy and lunch at Cafe Lucca. The Queensberry’s wonderful welcome back and attentive service was appreciated. My Mum was extremely comfortable in the new cozy room 3 and we had the same room as last time, 27, with the best roll top bath. I enjoyed my long bath in Bath despite it being 30 degrees outside! A handwritten welcome back note from Helen thanking us for our support in being the first to stay and complimentary parking was a nice touch. We enjoyed meeting Lance, the owner, who was a pleasure to talk to and reminisce about working in London hotels. The Queensberry is a family run business and you can feel the love and attention Helen and Lance are giving this beautiful Bath building. All the team members we met were friendly and helpful - you can tell when people are happy in their jobs and this was clear. Do book to stay here and support the team. In my view it’s the best place in Bath - stop looking anywhere else - you won’t be disappointed. We’ll be back in September! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
