My girlfriend & I visited Budapest, for the first time, and decided to stay at The Radisson. The Radisson is a high-end hotel, along with a high-end price, but they were renovating the rooms, so we got it at a cheaper rate. At £250 a night though, we struggled to understand the price-tag... The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interior, as well as the rooms. The room was on the small side, but with a huge and comfy king-size bed. The bathroom was also clean with an excellent shower. But again, at £250 a night, we didn't know the difference between that room or a room at a Travelodge. Breakfast was included and it was superb! Hot & cold foods, with different pastries, omelettes and waffles. For us, it was the staff that made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. They carried out bags, called for taxis and greeted us every time we walked passed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We had a business dinner in Radisson Blue restaurant. The place was clean and nice. The menu was looking ok with some local classic dishes. We ate duck liver as a starter and duck breast with eggplant as a main course. Our wine was A.Gere Cabernet Franc. The starter was very good but the main course barely average. I would not eat there second time. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nor come to this Hotel, if you stay More than One night. Clealing In not working at Day time, we came back from Town 15.30 and our room was not cleaning. We were out more than 6 hours. Also TV remotecontrol not working and I told That to reception ( no help). Probably you can choose better hotels from Budapest In similar price. I avoid Radisson hotels coming future. Arrived last night, staff are very friendly, room nice and clean, about to venture out into the city. I was sure I saw pics of a pool but was informed it’s under construction and has been for a while. The room it nicely laid out and decor is lovely but it’s dry it big enough to be set up as a family room, we’re falling over each other and can’t open/close the curtains as the chair is pushed up against them in order to make room for the pull out bed. If we want to sit we’re lying on the bed. Which is a shame as it’s the only thing I can fault this far. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Overall below usual Radisson standards. Restaurant poor, serving low quality cold food. Toilet in room dirty and patched linen was not what we expected. Restaurant bill was incorrect charging for champagne we did not order and taking a long time to sort out. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
