Great service

Jan 3rd, 2021

Ideal location for T2 Heathrow airport. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and efficient. Stayed 1 night pre flight with parking and it was great value for money. Hotel facilities closed due to COVID but felt safe with plenty of hand sanitizer. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good value stay with parking

Dec 29th, 2020

We stayed at the hotel prior to and on return from a long haul holiday, with 14 nights parking included at a very good rate. Check-in was very efficient and we found the reception staff to be pleasant and helpful. We were upgraded to a larger room due to lower than usual occupancy and found the room to be satisfactory, albeit now dated, with excellent attention to cleanliness during Covid times. The super king bed was very comfortable and the bulk of the Heathrow take-off noise subsides later in the evening. We opted for Uber transfers to and from terminal 2 as the Hoppa shuttle did not appear to call very often. Considering the proximity to terminal 2 / 3 and the safe and secure parking, this was an excellent base to get a good nights sleep before and after holiday. The only reason this drops to 4 out of 5 is for the very limited room service menu during these times. We fully understand the reasoning for room service only during tier restrictions; however, there were only a handful of items available for dinner and the hotel should offer a wider variety to discourage guests from ordering in takeaway from external outlets. The same applies at breakfast; £22 is the charge for the only choice available - room service breakfast, regardless of whether you only wanted a light breakfast or not. There should be an option for a lighter breakfast at a fraction of the cost to discourage guests from waking across to McDonalds. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Manager was disrespectful

Dec 24th, 2020

I am an adult was not treated that way. I was spoken to like a child threatened to be band. I would like a full reason for this. Because I didn’t do anything wrong. There was a misunderstanding of hotel use TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful hotel as long as you get a good room or suite

Dec 21st, 2020

I stayed there with my partner for one night and we booked a junior suite. The room was cold and I didn't feel comfortable. We reported this to reception and they offered us another suite which was perfect. Warm beautiful and comfortable. This made our stay enjoyable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
