at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel
Great stay, conveniently close to the airport

I’d recommend staying here if you can afford it. I drove there, parked the car and stayed one night, then picked the car up 5 days later. Smooth exit ! They had organised the shuttle bus to pick me up early for a flight, and everything went according to plan. From the moment I landed to the moment I got back in my car on a Thursday morning, there must have been maximum 30 minutes. Exactly what you want when travelling for work. Would consider this option again in the future. The hotel was clean, tidy. The only down side was the fire alarm going off unnecessarily and repeatedly on a Sunday afternoon ! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We were served by Gurdev I believe in the steak and lobster restaurant for breakfast. We were a large group of 8 but she was very attentive and quick with everything. Super courteous and was a delight to have met her that morning!! Made our day!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
"Amazing" is an understatement

We stayed at the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow the night before our flight. We were welcomed by TJ who managed to lower our stress levels, high due to the situation of global emergency, and made us feel at home. I can't thank him enough for the service he provided us during our stay and I would love to be back again at the Radisson Edwardian to express my gratitude. The staff who served us dinner and breakfast couldn't have been any friendlier or more professional than they had been. Highly recommended! Would give more than 5 stars if there was an option. Stayed here on a fairly quiet weekend in March (virus just hitting). The receptionist unexpectedly gave me an upgrade to a suite. Fantastic! Suite: Stayed in the Regent suite which had a double bed, marblefloored bathroom with bath and shower, beautiful toiletries including bath oils and body lotion and shower caps with headbands! There was a separate living room with sofa, dining table, led tv on the wall which had bluetooth capability to play music from your phone, tea making facilities. bathrobes in the wardrobe and iron and hairdryer (slightly tricky to use). Breakfast: breakfast was a little disappointing -not as much choice as I expected and they had the hot food in those closed lid containers that drip water down and turn the food mushy. They did have a nice selection of juices including green juice and coconut water which was quite impressive. Only pain au chocolat and croissants on the pastry area. The yoghurt was kept out in a bowl that didnt feel chilled so I did not try it just in case! Restaurant: We visited the indian restaurant called ANNAYU on the ground floor. Nicely decorated, pleasant staff. The price of food was a little on the high side. It seems to be mainly frequented by birthday party guests and big groups of relatives. There are 2 other restaurants in the hotel and also plenty of restaurants in the hotels further down the road. SPA and GYM: spa and gym is free for guests to use. The opening times were incorrect on the spa website but when I arrived I found out it closes at 7:30p on weekends and opens 8am on sundays. Went to the spa for half an hour on saturday evening, friendly receptionist, very high end, used the jacuzzi and sauna. not too busy at that time but much busier on sunday morning before checkout. The hotel was fairly quiet due to coronavirus so it is possible that the spa would be busier than this on a normal weekend. Travel- easy to reach, took the 285 from Hatton Cross bus station which is at Hatton Cross tube station on the picadilly line (not far from heathrow). there is a hopper bus that serves the hotel too and we saw it parked in the hotel car park. we walked a short distance past Mcdonalds to reach the hotel. Accessibility: lifts to all floors. wide corridors. I am not sure if a wheelchair could access the jacuzzi showers. bottom part of Annayu is accessible with an extra seated area which you must reach using steps. downside- breakfast was a little disappointing , not much choice compared to other hotels. could not find the vending machines that are on google maps. looked near lifts couldnt find any. nearest shop is quite far to walk to from the hotel. there is a 'county' shop but was closed in the evening so we were relying on vendig machines that we could not find in the end. overall very good value for money, nicely decorated, great spa, friendly staff on reception and in the breakfast area and restaurants. easy to reach from heathrow or central london via picadilly line. would recommend. very happy with the Regen suite. As you would expect, this is a fantastic hotel - with all the standards expected from a Radisson Edwardian. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - I recommend the eggs Benedict. Staff are very attentive without being overly invasive. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
