Helen C.'s review

Great hotel, great location, rooms, breakfast is particularly good. The people at the front desk and housekeeping were very good. Wonderful location near Marble Arch. Have stayed at this hotel many times, always good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel with nice staff and service

Feb 15th, 2020

We were 8 persons staying in the hotel in the beginning of February. Staff in reception and restaurant were very friendly. Room was clean and amenities was just like any other Radisson hotel. Only thing I don’t like is the carpet on room floors. Lift was operating a bit slow. Breakfast was very good as well as the breakfast service. The food in the restaurant was also high quality but the variety in menu was a bit boring as all the main dishes had French fries. I would recommend to also offer other kinds of potatoes. Thanks for a nice stay:-) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very expensive and... Old hotel

Feb 14th, 2020

Had a so-called premium room. In terms of sqm it was probably fine byt the architect was drunk : you could not even see the tv when lying on the bed. Also you don't find any sockets close to the bed and the soap and shampoo smell like you're near a Monsanto factory. Anyway, for £250+ per night... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Overnight stay on Business Trip

Feb 12th, 2020

Fantastic hotel, the staff on reception were very friendly & welcoming, The food in the restaurant was really nice. The room was clean and tidy and had a great nights sleep! my only concern was the lift. At times it seem to have a mind of its own and take you to random floors and there was quite a bit of clunking as the lift moved up and down, a bit un nerving. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Gabriella is a star . The most competent front of house manager I’ve met .

Feb 9th, 2020

This lady is a Credit to the hotel group and I can see her going to the top, the first impression of a hotel is the greeting at reception and she Excels in this role . She exudes confidence and warmness and deals with each client as an individual which is paramount when you greet customers at a small hotel as many clients check into hotels that are small for a home away from home experience like I often do and this is offered to the highest level here . I’ve seen her at work and I’m super impressed. I’m not easy pleased and have a long list of superlatives as I detest awful customer service etc but this hotel has exceeded my expectations. Gabriela remembers clients names and their last visits to the hotel etc too . The whole hotel is fabulous actually as are the staff members but Gabriella shines like a star . I’ve extended my stay here twice as I feel so at home and relaxed. My deluxe room is spacious and modern. The room service gentleman that delivers my meals is always so friendly as are the chambermaids along with the excellent efficient restaurant staff. Staff are top class from Breakfast through to dinner. You deserve your excellent reviews as it’s clearly evident that many of staff remembers A have been trained very well and B have a natural intrinsic job satisfaction for the often challenging hotel industry .
