Good experience and very good location middle of city . I can say I visit in future again in this hotel, service is to good and very helpful staff. But they must add some more item in there menu for vegetarian people . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We booked this hotel due to various reasons: • The hotel appeared to have good facilities and nice rooms • The place was central and close to U1 – the U-bahn directly connected to the city center • The apparently good breakfast. In all fairness the room was nice and with a good (and well-paid) view, and the staff at the reception were friendly and service minded, however • Check in was extremely slow – we waited 20 minutes in queue – ad there were only two persons in front of us. • The house keeping was not satisfactory – one had to ask for it one self (and all “room cleaning, please-signs were removed). • The breakfast was to say it mildly disappointing – the sparse rations of the continental breakfast were already decided for you. The only choice possible was between four variations of eggs. (forget everything about bacon, beans, sausages, etc.) To make things even worse the breakfast was so severely understaffed that one morning we did not have breakfast at all due to a half hour queue to the half empty breakfast room. • A the same time the hotel did not provide information of the dusty and noisy building site surrounding the entire hotel, making certain sand was dragged into the hotel. Unfortunately the aisles were not vacuumed every day so in front of our room there was a small pile of sand for the entire stay … • Likewise there was no information that the U1 line was closed down for rebuilding = lots of walking to and from city center. This is not the responsibility of the hotel, however they should at least hqve told about it. We fully appreciate that the current corona-induced restrictions make some things more difficult, however the main problems (room keeping and breakfast) basically can be solved with a bit of more effort. Amid the Corona virus crisis, and despite the cancellation of Internorga conference this week, this great management hotel decided not to accept any type of cancellation, or rebooking for the new date of the conference, whenever it might happen! Great work Radisson! Congrats! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Lovely hotel just a shame about the deposit situation!!

It’s such a shame because the actual hotel is great and it’s in a good location however the deposit carry on has been time consuming and is still unresolved! I only stayed the one night and checked out on Sunday 23 February. The next day I realised €50 (the deposit upon arrival) was still being held by the hotel. I thought this was very strange and I’ve never had this issue with any hotel in the past, however I thought I’ll give it a few days for the funds to be released. It never happened! I’ve been in touch with the hotel via email a number of times and it is still unresolved! The last correspondence I had from them was that they have contacted their bank and if it isn’t resolved by Friday 13 March to get back in touch with them. So it has been a full 2 weeks since I checked out now and Friday 13 will be coming up to 3 weeks! They don’t seem to fussed about it either. Thank god it is just €50 but if you’re booking a number of rooms/nights it would be a lot worse. Or if you’re restricted on funds think twice booking the Radisson as you will automatically be €50 down. At the end of the day you shouldn’t have to be chasing up on money belonging to you. It’s such a shame this has spoilt my stay with them and I will think twice booking any Radisson hotel now. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I attended a conference in Hamburg at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf and wanted a hotel that was within an easy commute with the conference site, as well as downtown, and with a reasonable distace to the airport. The Radisson met all these requirements. The staff were excellent, very professional, and helpful. I enjoyed the roof-top bar for a relaxing drink after a busy day and I dined one evening in the retaurant which was very good. For a business trip to Hamburg I rate it very highly.
