Well located and good service

Stayed with a group of friends, rooms were nice, staff and breakfast great. Bar service very attentive and breakfast was very varied and catered for all of our group. Location was good only a 10 minute walk to bars and less to the shops. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Luxury in the Old Town

I stayed here recently for a quick trip to Vilnius and was very impressed by the property. Aside from its fabulous location, the staff were extremely professional and the room was great (and a great value). I did not take advantage of any of the hotel's amenities (e.g. restaurant, bar, gym, etc.), but for what I needed (a quiet place to get some work done, relax, and sleep) the hotel more than met my expectations. Across from the elevator are some plaques with what I presume are the names of some of the illustrious guests who have stayed previously at this property. I would be proud to have the hotel add my name to this list. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Concierge service was outstanding, My room was not made up the first night. All in all pretty good. I enjoyed the sauna, It could have been warmer , perhaps start warming it up sooner. Thanks for a nice trip. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Really good hotel right in the center of the old town. Great check in with very professional friendly staff, great looking modern bar, great comfortable restaurant with a small but perfect selection of breakfast items (fresh OJ, good coffee, on order omelettes, eggs benedicte or waffles), good spacious and comfortable room (had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed for my two kids aged 7 & 9), small but very convenient SPA with a decent pool, hammam and sauna were we spent hours playing with the kids... A wonderful spot for our Vilnius vacation! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Having travelled round the world on business, holidays & family occasions for over 30 years I/we have stayed in our fair share of hotels, so we were surprised to realise that only once before had we stayed in Radisson hotels. On the back of this experience this won’t be the last. We were offered an upgrade on arrival - great! And we had a choice between styles of room, one with a fabulous view and the other with no view but more space and better amenities. They offered to show us each room and then decide. As the weather was wet and grey and forecast to be so for the next few days we gave up the view for a fabulous room. Fridge, TV which we played our music through, water, bathrobe and slippers, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle..... Huge rainfall shower, nice toiletries. Fabulous room all round. We went out to eat and drink a lot, so never ate/drank in the restaurant or bar. Neither of us have had a better hotel breakfast. From Prosecco and Bloody Mary’s to every style of coffee and tea, a range of fresh juices - even oranges and a citrus press to squeeze your own. The food offering was superb, my favourite the fresh whole smoked salmon, melt in the mouth delicious. Everything we ate really TASTED as it should. We sat at a table by the window looking out onto the old town. But what really made our stay was the staff. At some five star hotels they can come across as a little aloof, trying so hard to be serious they appear surly. Not these lovely smiley people. I made a note of all the names of those who brightened up our day and our stay: Dovile, Gabriele, Dzeginta, Adas & Justinas. And all the staff at breakfast. Special mentions to Dovile for sorting out our upgrade and especially Justinas for advising us on how to get to the hotel and various other things before we even left the UK - and some of this I know he did in his own time. In summary, a fabulous hotel in an excellent location with superb rooms and first rate staff! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
