Perfect Airport Hotel

Stay Report - 9/11 to 9/12 Location: The hotel is the closest in location to SEA as it's directly across from the access road that leads to the terminals. You can easily walk to and from the terminals even with bags, there are sidewalks and crosswalks the whole way, or you can take the hotel's shuttle. There are a few restaurants nearby including 13 Coins which stays open late. You can also walk to the Light Rail. Hotel: The hotel is older but it's in a good state of repair. There's a small lobby which has a restaurant that is doing to go breakfast and dinner. There's also an indoor pool though that's currently closed. The hotel does have a small parking lot as well. Thankfully there were no long elevator waits when I was there and the common areas are all well lit. Check In: I arrived at 9 PM and a very friendly agent checked me in. She thanked me for being a Club member and said as she was out of King rooms I was getting a suite upgrade. No complaints there. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful in fact. Room: A nice sized suite with a full living room with work station and a small kitchen area with coffee maker and coffee (no longer a guarantee during COVID) plus a bedroom with a large bed, outlets near the bed, good working Wifi and a large bathroom. Sound proofing is not an issue at this hotel either. Overall I was very impressed, I'd gladly be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This is such a great hotel for those needing a quick place to rest before a long trip the next day! It is right at the end of the hill from the departures so its not a far drive at all. The only thing i suggest is figuring out the shuttle. I had no clue and walked around forever trying to find it. Its one you have to call for. So, call the hotel and press 1 and they will send someone. But you have to go to a certain area to be picked up and thats where i got lost. Other than that it was a great stay and the checkin process was quick and easy. The room was so cozy and clean. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Radisson does not go the extra mile

Radisson does not include amenities other than internet and tv. Radisson charges for parking ($25.00 plus tax) I think this is quite high and considering the cost of the room it should be included. There is no “extra” anything given to gold status customers. Other hotels linked to Radisson that are less expensive do a better job at making you feel welcome and I feel they are the same quality as Radisson. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel. Rooms spotless clean, excellent front desk staff, possibly the best front desk I have encountered in my many travels. 5 minute walk to the airport terminal. Only small issue was WiFi connection issues but front desk went above and beyond trying to resolve it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We have always used the Radisson until our last visit , $75.00 Pet fee, $25.00 Parking fee . They are having guest pay for their recent remodel. I understand no pool no workout, but no nothing but a bed...even charge for coffee and juice in the morning. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
