Nice, decent hotel within walking of Titanic & city centre

Stayed at this hotel for two nights B & B as part of a large group travelling to Belfast to watch ice hockey. Can't comment on price as I don't know but I believe it was reasonable. We arrived fairly early about 10am & being a lot of us it took a little while to check in but the staff were super organised & most of us were able to access our rooms which was great as we'd travelled through the night & needed sleep! Our room was a twin, it was basic with wooden floors & plain decor but it was comfy & clean. There was a small open wardrobe, safe, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, desk, USB ports, bedside lamps, TV, telephone & decent lighting. There was no view from the window but we didn't mind, as not using the room much & the blackout curtains were nice. Bed was comfy enough to start with then I started getting an achy back, but not much I could do about that. The bathroom was compact but clean, the shower was a lovely walk-in type & I could have stood under it all day. Toiletries provided were shower gel & liquid hand soap. Breakfast - lots of variety, cooked & continental. Fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, jams, gluten free bread, cereals, all very good. We didn't have dinner only pizza which was tasty, £11 for a margherita & £13 for pepperoni. Hotel lobby always seemed buzzing with people & had a fairly decent seating area, the bar & dining area were also a good size & a live band played on the Friday night. Staff were always friendly & helpful too. Location - within 15 minutes walk of Odessy arena, 25 mins walk to Titanic experience, 5-10 mins walk of plenty shops, bars & restaurants & approx 10-15 minutes drive of ferry port. Short notice stay

Short notice stay and looked after very well by the reception staff. Booking in was made easier by the professional qualities of the team. A clean and welcoming room was a bonus. The food at breakfast was of a high standard, hot food was hot ( for a change in some other hotels). our overall experience rates a 10/10 stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great staff and hotel

very clean, delightful staff, any issues resolved quickly Disruptive guests on our floor kept us awake from 3am - hotel apologised and tried to resolve We upgraded and room was very nice, warm and all areas very clean TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I never ever have wrote or left a review on any hotel stay with work or even holidays but this hotel & all Staff was a must. Stayed here due to working in Belfast for nearly 16 months & all I can say is Thank you to Everyone that worked there it was an absolute pleasure & never been looked after so well & Made to feel at home , From checking in To the guys & girls at the bar , to Amazing food which was ask for any request & cooked , to the rooms which were spotless every day , to the Managers & Sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone BUT THANKS. I had a ball & made some real good friends & will definitely be back to see you all. And as of location for anyone who is thinking of visiting Belfast you couldn’t get better So its a 110% all round for Me to Recommend the Ramada Encore for your stay in Belfast TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A perfect location to stay to explore the cathedral quarter, bars, restaurants etc. 10 minute walk to St George's Market. 20-25 minute walk to Titanic Belfast. Nice restaurants in St Anne's Square behind the hotel. Rooms are decent with everything you need. We asked for a room on the top floor at the back of the hotel and it was really quiet. The shower can be a bit messy as it is wet room style so the water can spill over the floor. It cost £31 from the airport. Breakfast is plentiful and serves up to 10 am. The hotel had no hot water one morning but things were sorted quickly. It didn't spoil anything. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
