WOULD BE BETTER IF IT WAS DEMOLISHED!

Jul 13th, 2020

Absolutely disgusting. Black Mold spots bigger than quarters all in bathroom. Feet black 30 minutes after walking on floor. No housekeeping during stay. Bugs of all kinds in room. Floor is sticky dirty. No ice anywhere on premises. Weeds by conference center taller then the entrance doors. Owner at night openly smoking marijuanna handing out towels. No breakfast. Totally disgusting and needs to be demolished. Worst ever in 5 years! Dont answer the phone in 4 days! Charged me 5 times for one stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

DISGUSTING!

Jul 12th, 2020

This has to be the nastiest place I’ve ever stay at. Black mold everywhere. The carpet is black from filth, and the bathtub...... 🤢🤢🤮🤮 This is the place to stay if you Never want to take your flip flops off, including while taking a shower. If I weren’t at a pageant with my great niece, and just here for the weekend I would leave. I will NEVER stay at this filthy, nasty, gross, disgusting place again! This place needs to be shut down! 7ft tall weeds, weeds on first floor patio! Holes in the walls, and the smell in the room is disgusting! Check out the pictures below👇 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nasty nasty

Jul 2nd, 2020

We made our reservation a few days in advance . We get to the hotel, take our bags up to the room and . Our 12 year old says we are really staying here . Hair stuck to the wallsame in the bathroom, mold in the bathroom , bug of some sort in bathtub. Looked under the pillow case , pillows have yellow stain's and hairs on them . bed sheets have stains and hairs on them . Hole in wall in bathroom, some kind of black something on mattress just nasty . Go to front desk and ask for refund. Actually take pillow down to show them . They let me know they will refund all the night's but the first night. So we are out 200 bucks for just making a reservation. Pictures don't lie TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

RUN!!!

May 27th, 2020

We stayed at the Evergreen Smoky Mountain Hotel and Convention Center last night, and it was without a doubt one of the worst experiences I have had in a motel in the entire 30+ years we have been vacationing in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, or anywhere else for that matter. We had planned on just taking a day trip and coming back the same night, but we were tired and wanted to swim, so we found this motel on line. We decided to stay because it was cheap and their pool was open. Well, the old saying you get what you pay for has never been more true. First of all, they required a signed agreement that we would immediately pay 100 dollars for ANY damage or issue we caused. When we checked in my daughter requested a ground floor room because I am disabled, which they did not have available, but they supposedly had an elevator, which we were never able to locate. We did find a ramp in the middle of the building, but they had placed us in the very first room on the second floor, which made it impossible to walk that far, so with arthritis, muscular dystrophy, and fibromyalgia, I had to climb an entire flight of stairs to our room. We get to our room, it was decently cleaned, but we were unable to watch TV because they had Roku, which would not work. We decided to change and go to the pool and hot tub, so my granddaughter goes to use the bathroom, but was afraid to because it was not even bolted to the floor. We get our swimsuits on and go to the pool. The small pool was open and cleaned, so there were no problems. However, the hot tub which they had assured my daughter was operating was closed, and filled with nasty water that looked like it was left over from last season. We go back to the room after swimming, and turn on the AC to cool it off. I have heard airplanes taking off that were quieter than this AC unit. My daughter tried to call the office but did not get an answer. It eventually must have locked up in the middle of the night because when we got up, in the middle of the night after trying to sleep on a mattress that made a slab of concrete feel like a pillow, it was stiflingly hot. No one got any sleep the whole night. Please, if someone suggests this place to you, Run, don't walk as fast as you can away from there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Cheep and ok

May 26th, 2020

We booked it couse airBnB canceled options as cancel bookin. This hotel pretty cheep (in time of pandemia), pretty much basic. There was no breakfast (covid 19). A/c worked well. Clean enough. Rarely change of towels, we asked to change. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
