Horrible

Area is bad location lots of weed smoking my room was dirty and restrooms and stains had to be moved to another room hotel smelled horrible run down property. When we brought up our concerns nothing was done. There was prostitution and drug deals not safe. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Worst place ever.

Sep 12th, 2020

I travel for work every week and look forward to a comfortable place to stay a get a good nights sleep. The prices are good but not worth the stay. The people running the place really need to work on taking care of their property better. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Run away as fast as you can!

Sep 6th, 2020

the room was 90 degrees and the central air does not work it operates as fan. Our room didn't have hot water. If you have children do not stay here. I wouldnt stay here again no matter what but I was extremely uncomfortable having my two littles here. The halls reek of cigarettes and Marijuana even though its posted non-smoking everywhere. The smoke is so thick. There are tweaker barreling down the hallways, heroin addicts crowding in the elevator and nodding out. Trash and syringe caps litter the halls. There was no regulation for the pool so there was about 30 people crowded in. The employees weren't wearing masks. I was told there were three people on staff which is not enough to keep a 160 room hotel clean and sanitary. Someone almost ran us over in the parking lot who was just here picking up a woman whod been here. Ive never had a more horrible experience and I paid 120 per night. Its 6 am and we are packing up and getting out of here. I was truly scared for my families safety. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

At best, an average hotel

Mar 11th, 2020

It's surprising to read that the Ramada at Sacramento was refurbished in 2016. It looks considerably more tired than that ! We had stayed the night before at the Ramada by San Francisco Airport and the two hotels were like chalk and cheese. We would stay at the SFO Ramada anytime but we won't be going back to this one ! The entrance is right on a very busy junction making it difficult to drive in and out of. The reception staff were rather disinterested and it was clear from the other guests we saw that it mainly caters for people without much experience of staying in a good hotel. The room was OK but although there was a dedicated counter for the coffee machine and kettle, there was no socket for plugging them in ! The heating was too noisy to put on overnight and it was therefore cold in the morning. Breakfast was a dismal affair. The Coffee and waffle machines were constantly running out of supplies and it took too long for them to be refilled. Breakfast ended at 09:30 and the coffee machines were left empty before that. Overall, while it probably rates 2 stars, there are far better places to stay in the area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disgusting

Nov 7th, 2019

Disgusting - had an allergic reaction after leaving that swelled up my face. Stains on sheets. Blood spots on pillows. Bathrooms filthy. We stayed for a quick overnight because of my daughters softball tournament and will never go back. I’m on a two week dose of prednisone because of the nasty reaction I had. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
