Bate and switch the Premere King Suite was equal to a NoTel Motel or equalevlant to a LOW COST BUDGET $39.95 Room. Had Reservations for 2 nights checked out after 1. Told them on Departure, we'd rather SLEEP IN THE CAR THAN STAY ANOTHER NIGHT THERE. Old and disgusting and no help didn't care attitude! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Safe clean place to stay

Older hotel but other than that it is one of the safer places I’ve stayed in Albuquerque. The staff was friendly. The internet was good for on line schooling. The rooms were clean just out dated. But overall I will be staying there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Ramada Plaza in Albuquerque is a Dump
Feb 7th, 2021
I checked into this hotel with three colleagues on a business road trip. I was hesitant to stay somewhere for such a low price because you usually get what you pay for. But I thought I could count on my boss who planned this stay. Anyway, the first room we all walked into together had the sheets pulled off the bed. The room I checked into had a home-made used hash pipe under the couch, which I found when I went to unplug the fridge because it was making a loud sound. When I picked up the room phone to request another room, the phone cord fell out. Went to the lobby and showed a pic of the pipe I found. The staff was helpful and apologetic, and provided an alternative room. This second room was better but that's not saying much. It smelled like it had been smoked in. The lounge chair has dirt or smoke stains on the arms and rips in the ottoman. The sliding door to the balcony is single pane glass so you can hear everything outside. The lamp shades are slashed and beat up, and someone named Jay wrote his name on the wall up near the ceiling. I suppose it could be worse but I'm not enjoying my stay. This place is a real dump. Stay away. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Unclean and old

Blood stains on blankets and NOT the faded, just been washed fade. Smoke detectors not operational. Paint crumbling in bathroom. Overall an old and unkept hotel. We were very disappointed since our other stays with the companies other sites have beef good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Old rooms, no hot water
Dec 25th, 2020
Not worth your stay! Originally this hotel was picked based on their four star review. When we showed up, the lobby is deceiving and looks very nice. We were stuck to a room on the backside of the building on the first floor, which looked like all kinds of people we didn’t trust to be around were staying in the same hallway. We were repeatedly asked for money and other questions by the guests around us and did not feel safe. There were noises all throughout the night and could not sleep. The room was dark and dingy, smelling like mold. No temperature control in the room, and no hot water in the bathroom. The water pressure was terrible, and the mattress felt old and sunked in the middle. They were also holding almost $400 of pending charges on my credit card after checking out, when I only was told about a $50 holding for any incidentals. Will never stay at another Ramada again!
