Very clean and nice place to stay

We stayed here for one night me and my son, very nice staff when we came in and good parking too! The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was a safe place. They also served breakfast which was great since COVID 19 breakfast was really good including an automatic pancake machine! the only dislike about this place is the juices we had were gross especially the orange juice. After prepaying for this room that showed a 3.8 rating, I checked in and out only minutes later. The room I was given was dark and disgusting! When I opened the door, so got hit in the face with such a horrible smell, I couldn’t even consider staying in the room. We left and went to another hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My husband had prepaid for our room. There was a mix up with this. Agoda and RAmada mixed signals about the date of my stay. We showed Crystal our invoice with the correct days but she said she couldn't put it in the system and didn't know what to do. We spent 45 minutes at the front desk with Crystal trying to resolve this. She even called Agoda. Crystal kept saying we "were a no show" and that she "couldn't give us a room for free."We kept showing her proof that we had an amendment to the date AND that we paid. It ended with us paying for the room again and finally getting a room after a long drive. It was 11:15pm when we got there and 12:00 midnight once we got into our room. We walked around the corner and there was dirty towel on the floor. Once off the elevator, we saw a biscuit smeared into the carpet. We get into our room and a musty stench smacked us in the face. We turned off the a/c and noticed an army of ants. They were every where. We notified Crystal and asked for another room. She told us that she had no more rooms. We could not rest. While cleaning and killing ants, I noticed that the headboard was dripping with something. I grabbed towels and scrubbed it down. It was an awful experience. In the morning, I was informed that the 2nd charged would drop off so that was good. (I'm still waiting for this happen.) Overall I think when conflicts arise and a customer has proof of payment, serve the customer! I stayed the night many times at Ramada in other areas but never had such an experience. Bad experience for my family

The bathroom was filthy, with no sign of recent cleaning. The bed was dirty and had visible signs of bodily fluids on it and around it. My wife and child were staying here, It is quite disturbing to hear of such a filthy and visibly dirty environment. Ramada has never been too bad in our past experiences. The bathroom drain did not function properly. They opted not to spend the second night because the environment was visibly appalling. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
