Dated

Feb 25th, 2020

Having stayed at a number of Rotana hotels this was the worst experience right from check in. There was only one member of staff on duty, who lacked experience it appeared. There was nobody available to take orders in the bar area and it was a Saturday night!. Room facilities and decor were dated with the kettle not working and the refrigerator not sealed. An American-style hotel in a great location with splendid views

Feb 14th, 2020

Raouche means rocks, and that's exactly where the hotel is, overlooking those beautiful rocks just outside the Corniche. So a good location for the city, but also a good location for the splendid views. Do choose a sea-view room, though (the view on the city at the back is not the most exhilarating); and choose a high floor, because the Corniche is very busy, day and night, the traffic knows no discipline and everybody uses their horn at all hours: it can be noisy. I enjoyed a late night in my balcony, looking at the sea and the rocks. Good, western-style, service; prices in line with the city. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
