My boyfriend and I and our dog have been staying at Red roof in Madison, Wi since end of August. We are in the middle of looking for a place to move to. Harry and the employees have been great with us. Very good timing with bringing new beddings and towels for us to do due to Covid-19. I have no complaints on them. Our room was very clean and all in tack when we got here and still is. They have security people that work hard to keep from problems to arise.. keep property clean also. We do recommend people to stay here. Very well lit at night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Drug Dealer Paradise

People doing drug deals right outside the office! People watching you check in so they can break in your car or room. And when you complain and ask for a refund the staff will LIE and give you a FAKE confirmation number for your refund. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, she gave us a free room upgrade and the room was very clean and nice probably the best room I've ever stayed in. Definitely will be back soon I highly recommend them TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The staff were very helpful and pleasant upon arrival. Very clean rooms with all the amenities I could ask for. Clean, comfy, updated rooms. What a bargain for the low room rate. During my stay I saw couples, families, people traveling on business and all were very quiet and polite. Will definitely stay again. Wonderful experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
