Shouldn't Be Open For Business

Nov 4th, 2019

We booked a night here. When we arrived, the entire 1st floor was under renovation and was a virtual hazard to even walk through. Our room assigned was on the 3rd floor. When we opened into the room, it was filthy, smelled like 20 cigar smokers had been there right before we arrived and the smoke alarm chirped like it does when someone is absent for a great length of time (in other words-no one else had occupied this room since who knows when!). The floor was sticking to our shoes, the bed had stains on it. Don't book here until you see a favorable report by some other traveler. Total dump that shouldn't be allowed any occupancy! "It was kind of O.K.- The Whole Motel was under Renovation!".

Sep 6th, 2019

Planned a road trip to see the Arkansas Travelers, Minor League Baseball game and did not make a reservation with any motels. After the game we selected Red Roof close to the ballpark. The night stay was only $57,00 plus tax reasonable. (Used my triple AAA) But, it was under construction. 1st floor was totally closed and the restaurant and free breakfast was not available. The room was nice, but the location is a little seedy, if you know what I mean. The pool was also closed! I would recommend calling the location directly to see what is open and where they are on the renovation. It might be a better stay later this year! Good Luck, My Traveling Friends and Family! Awful place. Awful service.

Aug 16th, 2019

When we arrived the entire place was undergoing massive renovations. There were chairs strewn about the lobby and outside, plywood all around, tarps covering the rugs, and a terrible smell. Zero amenities were available to us. The concierge did her best to help us out but was mostly unable to do anything without calling her extraordinarily rude manager. We left without staying the night after 45 minutes. This Red Roof Inn is terrible. The manager was mean and aggressive over the phone after-the-fact and would not help in the slightest in getting our money back. Steer clear of this place by a radius of at least 100 miles. Traveling to Nashville and stopped for some rest.

Aug 6th, 2019

This was just an average stay. No movie channel, Breakfast really should not be called breakfast. Cheap snack. The bed was ok and the shower was good, it was quiet. But I think it was a place to get illegal stuff. A dark car in the lot, a couple of pepole stopping buy to chat with whoever was in it. I was out enjoying a Cigar going through email. I did not even know anyone was in it. One of the visitors strolled over to me and asked if I knew the guy in the car. A little uneasy feeling. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I’m A Convert!!

We travel with are two Shitzu’s and have always stayed at La Quinta since their was never a pet fee. However they now charge $20 per pet so we sought out a new hotel for our trip, that’s when we discovered Red Roof Inn! When I read the reviews on Yelp I was almost afraid to try this hotel, yet when we arrived they were in the middle of a major remodeling project. Painters were busy painting the outside, old toilets were stacked neatly by the dumpster along with other various construction items. When entering the hotel there was no nicotine smell, the halls had been freshly painted and the hallways were clean. Our room was spacious and well appointed, linen was fresh and bathroom was clean! I was glad that we ignored the negative Yelp comments and gave the hotel a try. Almost two weeks later we stopped back in Little Rock on our way home to Phoenix. Painters were finished on the main part of building, toilets had been removed and hotel was slowly coming together. Had another great stay and would suggest that you give it a try!
