Clean & chic

We were very happy with our stay. The decor is beautiful. The room is clean. The staff is great (polite, efficient, wore mask correctly, and followed social distancing etiquettes). Unfortunately there wasn’t much of a meal option but understandably so due to the pandemic. Highly recommended! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
My New Favorite Hotel!
Sep 27th, 2020
I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! Stayed here this past weekend as part of an anniversary trip, and I will now be making up excuses to drive to Buffalo just to stay here again! The attention to details is simply amazing. Little touches showed up everywhere--the wallpaper, the doors to the minibar/fridge, even the carpet had semi-hidden motifs! It was so nice to stay somewhere that didn't feel like a cookie cutter hotel. The fact that there is a story behind the name of the hotel AND each and every motif was especially awesome. We spent a good deal of time talking with Xavier at the front desk and he was so excited to be working there and chatting with us about the back story! FYI, the Fitness Center JUST reopened. They limit it to 3 people and you have to pick up a key at the front desk. I basically got to work out alone, and I felt super safe doing so. The hotel paid particular attention to COVID safety--you received a bag of sundries upon arrival with everything wrapped. The remote control was also wrapped and the towels were placed in a plastic bag as well. You could just tell they took a few extra steps in the cleanliness/safety area. We also tried the restaurant Jazzboline (a instrument the Reikart's invented themselves) for dinner (take out) and it was excellent. I would get food there again, for sure. I had a flatbread and my husband had a burger and fries. The only thing this is missing is a pool for my kids! But they are dog friendly, so likely sometime we will return with the whole family. This place is simply amazing from the décor to the staff. This was my husband and my first time here. We stayed 2 nights for our Anniversary before heading to Niagara Falls. Everything was great, however, I need to use this space to brag about Lucas. Where did you find him? Lucas was absolutely amazing. We travel often both inside and outside the US and have not experienced this level of service (especially not in the US). His level of customer service and overall care and kindness was unmatched. He went above and beyond to make our stay great. He even booked our Anniversary dinner for us. Simply Amazing! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Amazing honeymoon stay!

We love this hotel! We stayed here for part of our honeymoon, and it was such a wonderful stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a beautiful large room with a fireplace, and we loved it so much that we extended our stay. Everything was modern and extremely clean, which is obviously important during Covid-19. The restaurant, Jazzboline, is excellent; some of the best tasting food in the Buffalo/Niagara area. Will always stay here whenever we are here visiting family! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I've stayed at a number of Buffalo area hotels over the years, and this is by far the nicest. The beds and pillows were super comfortable , the rooms are beautiful, the staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near Rt 290, but far enough away from the highway that there was no road noise. Much better than staying downtown or near the airport, and only a few minutes from either. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to the area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
