TERRIBLE stay!

Aug 7th, 2020

There were no cups in the room to get water out of the faucet and No water bottles. There was half a roll of toilet paper and when I called to get some they said they couldn't bring it; I would have to come to lobby to get it. LOL i was in my pajamas so I went down!! Needless to say, I was extremely irritated with the covid out there! No customer service at all. LOUD people on elevator and down my hall.. No disregard for others. Very disappointed in a Marriott hotel and their guests. Hoping I can cash in these hundreds of thousands of Marriott points somewhere else! Also the air doesn't seem to work! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very Few Amenities

Aug 1st, 2020

We recently stayed at this hotel for a wedding and overall, it was nice. Even though we understand that Covid-19 has made changes necessary, this hotel really stripped away every sort of extra ... more so than other hotels where we recently stayed. The towels and toiletries are simply left in a plastic bag on the bed when you arrive and there are literally just a few towels given. No in-room coffee is given but if you call down, they will bring you a little coffee pot. No coffee available in the lobby. The room is stripped of every other thing and there was no room service or restaurant service available. They allowed their bar to open late in the day but their restaurant remained closed. So you had to go out to eat for every meal. The staff was very, very friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible though and we realize that they were not able to over-ride the hotel policies. Overall it was a nice stay but for the cost (there is also a daily parking fee added), this hotel should offer something else to their guests, even duri9ng the pandemic! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Alex is the greatest bartender I have ever seen in my life

Jul 14th, 2020

I am not even kidding I’ve been to hundreds of bars, and I’m not kidding Alex is the coolest bartender I have ever interacted with. I would come to this hotel just to come to this bar and get a drink at the bar. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Alex is the greatest

Jul 14th, 2020

This guy has the standard for bartending!! Only been 21 for months and I’m never gonna meet a better bartender! If you’re coming to the hotel and stopping by the bar you’re guaranteed a great time and a great convo! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Staycation for Fox Theater Concert

Mar 8th, 2020

My wife and I stay here for a concert at the nearby walkable Fox Theater. Nice big quite room on 21st floor. The real surprise was the restaurant- Routy Tiger. Food was good and plenty. They had live entertainment on Saturday afternoon. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area. Valet is pricey too -$40. This will be out “go to hotel” for events at the Fox.
