I chose this hotel for a mini-break during the pandemic, and I have to salute the staff. They were masked up, efficient, and kind. They should be saluted for having done a great job in a difficult time. I think they're heroes! Oh, and also the Junior Suites at this hotel are totally great. I particularly liked the bath salts, in addition to all the usual toiletries (also great). And the swimming pool in the basement is pretty cool, too. Special shout-out to the staff there who helped me sign up for swim times under the pandemic rules. <3 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice cocktails with international guests

After the renovation last spring time the bar zone got an oval bar, offering nice views into the open space! Good barkeep, drinks where nicely mixed with good introduction of the different local gins. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great four day stay.

Exceptional hotel and staff. Excellent location as it is in walking distance to all major sites. Room was clean with plenty of room. Housekeeping made sure that the room was spotless every day. Breakfast offered a variety of dishes and all were great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Really poor mattress

Feb 12th, 2020

Hotel is a good location for the industry association I visit but on this occasion very poor mattress as too soft. More softer than usual. Had a poor sleep. Management said they can add some layer to make it harder not sure what that is. Also very expensive breakfast for what it is 20 euros if booked in advance or 25 on the day. Poor selection of meats and only eggs were scrambled -no boiled or fried available. If you don’t fancy a big breakfast suggest the coffee place 2 min walk away near Raddison. Likely to consider staying at the nearby Raddison. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Buzzing hotel

Feb 10th, 2020

Generally I really enjoyed my three nights at this hotel. I was staying for a conference in the hotel. It is located next to the parliament so it’s not the best location for the centre of town and the main tourist area. The hotel itself is really busy and has a proper buzz to it. The bar/reception/lounge area was always ticking over and full of chatting and laughter. It was a comfortable and welcoming space. In the evening they had electronic music which gave it a dance club vibe which was unexpected. All the staff, especially the breakfast staff, were lovely, helpful, and professional. My room in the eaves of the 6th floor was well decorated, spacious, and bright. There was tons of storage and ample space on the desk to work. There was a nice armchair and footrest. The only negative points were the mattress which didn’t seem like a hotel quality spring mattress. It was worn and incredibly too soft. Also, although there was a great amount of storage in the wardrobe - it was far too dark. There was no light and I could never find what I was looking for. There was a gym and pool but I didn’t use these. The conference facilities were nice and the food was fantastic, but I am unsure if that was brought in from a third vendor. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
