The hotel property was nice. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I was able to grab a quick bite to eat ordering to go from the restaurant. The food was good. My room was clean & modern for the most part. My only major complaint was the shower drying towels 3 of them had what appeared to be heavy rust stains on them which gross me our. I didn’t use them after showering. The 4th towel had no stain I stayed in Room 555 on the 22 June. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I am here for work for just one night. I had to be up at 330. The coffee maker in my room did not work. When I went down to the fri t desk to ask where I could get coffee since the coffee maker did not work O was told “there is no coffee unless in your room.” I explained that the maker in my room was broken and the gentleman at the front t fest at 430 on Saturday the 7th said “I can’t get you coffee!” Really 4am and no coffee!?!??? Rude front desk, room in terrible condition, lobby restaurant overloaded-no service

Expected more for a Renaissance. Upon arrival the front desk agent was rude, at best. VERY unhelpful attitude, seemed to be very bothered that we were checking in. No "hello", "may I help you", "welcome"... nothing. Had to request that she check us in and give us our room key. Upon arrival to the room, I was completely horrified at the condition. Peeling paint, damaged tile, mold in the bathroom, candy wrappers on the floor, it wasn't even clean. Very poor standards and I would never stay here again even if it were free. I suggest you look elsewhere. I suppose the only bright point would be if you are going on a cruise in or out of FLL. It is convenient to the ship terminals and airport. Forget everything else.
