great place to stay over when you have an early flight. and the shuttle service is always great,very friendly.great food to unwind.very friendly staff also.you can leave your car there for free if you stay over thats great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Please be advise The hotel is going under renovations, the improvements are going to be amazing so far looks beautiful but the work is not done. The restaurant has wonderful staff and most stop to say hello to Cathi ( that’s the bartender for the evening). Lots of drinks selection. The problem that I ran into was that the key didn’t work for my room so I had to reset the keys several times and of course the internet you must pay 9.95 if you want to check your emails/work. Overall you will enjoy your stay!! Park your car and enjoy your travels !! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Renovations are a headache for guests

Check that the renovations are finished entirely before booking here. Facilities booked and paid for were not available during my stay and suitable alternatives or refund was not forthcoming. Staff tried hard to keep guests happy. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Sent to occupied room...

Check in was quick and easy, but when we got to our room the key wouldn't work. Then to our surprise, the door opened! There stood a gentleman that was already occupying the room! When we apologized, he stated the hotel had done the same thing to him. The hotel had sent him to an occupied room! We returned to the desk and explained what had happened. We were given another room and a $50 credit that never appeared on our bill. It was 11:30 p.m. by then and we went to the new room. It was the dirtiest hotel room we have ever stay in!! The bathroom had long black hairs on the toilet and floor. The floor had not been vacuumed! The sink fixtures were crusty dirty! When we checked out the next morning and was asked how the room was, we stated DIRTY!! We were given another $50 credit that did appear on our bill. This is the first time we have complained about any hotel, but it was very dirty! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
