Great location and property in Philly!

Sep 15th, 2020

We had a quick overnight and could not have had better hospitality and felt safer. Everyone was so welcoming and even greeted our dog with treats. Perfect location in historical area- great for walking. Tons of restaurants in the area. Very covid conscientious and clean hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Customer Service/Giancarlo Rodriguez

Aug 7th, 2020

I travel a lot for my job and more times than not when checking in to a hotel the front desk receptionist are nice but at this hotel they really know how to treat a guest. Giancarlo Rodriguez was exceptional when I checked in. He suggested great places to eat. I would definitely return here for leisure. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Cool overall feel bit tough during COVID

Jul 31st, 2020

Hotel has a cool vibe. There was lots of construction at night so quite loud for our 1 night stay. No bar open for bloody Mary’s at 11 am. Could have had bar open. Good healthy precautions need more reg coffee on room. No need for decaf. They had to bri Fabio and it was all decaf bit corrected soon After . Hate paying so much for valet as well 40.00 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Clean, Modern, Friendly & Great Location

Jan 22nd, 2020

We had a one night stay in Philly the day before my surgery at University of Pennsylvania. We were looking for something near the historical district and in walking distance of the sights. This hotel was perfect! Two blocks to the right was Independence Hall, and two blocks to the left was the Museum of the American Revolution. We were in walking distance of several restaurants, as well. The service was excellence, from the valet parking, to the front desk, to the concierge desk. We had got to visitphilly.com to book our hotel and got several perks along with the room. Check this site out if you haven't already. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. Our only ding against this hotel was the bar. The bartender was not very friendly and his drinks weren't that good. But overall, we had a great stay! Definitely will choose this hotel for a future trip! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Don't Stay Anywhere Else in Philly

Jan 14th, 2020

This hotel starts slowly, picks up steam, and hits it out of the park. All the small things matter. The lobby and particularly the check-in site are not impressive, but the staff is. They answered questions, took care of issues, and handed me water. The room has plenty of surfaces, which is critical. I look out my window and see Independence Hall. There are more than enough towels, a washcloth is already in the shower, which is a great shower. The lobby bar is a great place to watch the game and the food is good. The continental breakfast is great, salmon, etc. There is a goo fitness room in the basement and a pool and a hot tub. Always, there is a lot of very helpful staff. And the location cannot be beat.
