Central Phoenix, good price, good hotel

Jun 14th, 2019

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for a work conference. It is very modern, clean, and nice. Good restaurants downstairs, awesome gym, and well located. Also very well priced. Would definitely return. No complaints at all TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Favorite Place to stay in Phoenix... customer service is always outstanding!

Jun 11th, 2019

After flight delays and missed connections stranded me in Phoenix for the night, I went straight to the website and booked here directly, even though there are a dozen other Marriott properties closer to the airport (7 am departure). Location is great (fan fusion was going on next door, lots of costumes walking around), new bar in lobby has fantastic menu, lounge is under construction but they do a good job with the temporary spot. Point of this review is to recognize how their team members are a step above what you'd expect to find, even at a higher end brand like a Marriott, and that's coming from a Titanium member with plenty of international hotel/resort experience. Specifically want to mention JoJo at the front desk who recognized the status and offered the upgrade unprompted. Lauren, from food services was up front and made my day when she offered to whip up a smoothie from scratch... they even went through a few iterations to make sure my requested ingredients turned into something tasty! Hat's off to these folks, have had several similar experiences here in the past. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wonderful weekend stay

Jun 4th, 2019

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Phoenix among many restaurants and Talking Stick Arena. The staff was incredibly efficient, nice and welcoming. The lobby ambiance is luxurious and features an actual Starbucks. The room was comfortable and it was nice to have a SMART TV so we could connect to YouTube or Netflix. Parking is expensive and the hotel does not have a parking lot (valet available for $35/day). We parked across the street for $15/day (24 hour) to save some money. Great place to stay if you need to be downtown! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

May trip

Stayed here for a convention. About a block away from the convention center and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and well kept. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice Remodel

May 30th, 2019

The exterior is still dated. But they’ve done a nice job renovating the interior. Beds are comfortable. TV is LG and very large. Nice tech options. No refrigerator. Breakfast not included, though the cafe has very good food. Plumbing wasn’t updated with the renovation it seems. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
