This hotel serves as the anchor to a huge vibrant,outdoor retail complex. Plenty of restaurants, high end shops, bars, and miscellaneous other locations. Hotel staff is clearly focused on customer service and work very hard to ensure an error free and enjoyable stay. From the auto valet, to bellmen, to front desk associates all project a genuine warmth and welcoming attitude. Service is efficient and professional. Concierge lounge offerings are par for this level of hotel but not noteworthy. Rooms are large and clean. A great stop for an overnight visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My flight was delayed and cancelled several time due to weather. I used the app to let the hotel know, I would be arriving late and I needed to switch my room type. Ross was so awesome and was able to meet all my request. It’s the smalls thing after you’ve been up since 03:00 ( it’s now 15:00) dealing with delays that makes traveling well worth it. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Staff is amazing. Rupal at the front desk went above and beyond for me. I had a little problem with my debit card and she completely took care of it instantly and really went out of her way. I cannot say enough about her. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like royalty. I asked for extra towels right up with a smile, my coffee comes to my room accidnelty decaf, the room service woman with a smile went and change it and came back in minutes. The front desk big smile and hello when you come and go. Any thing I needed or wanted again above and beyond to help me. My room is so clean and the beds so comfortable. I will be back my stay has been the nicest one i have had in a long time. Keep up the good work!!!! Amazing team of people - One more thing the location is amazing! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We didn’t get an upgrade at check-in because they were full on our 1st night (however we had checked-in for 7 nights - so had a lower grade room for the entire week because of this...). Staff were being trained so everything was ‘by the book’, no special treatment, and we were not made very welcome ... everything was very precise and non personal. We asked for robes & slippers in our room - however they didn’t have slippers. The bed looked as though someone had slept in it when we entered the room. The bed linen didn’t match - one of the pillow cases had a grey stripe, & the rest of the bed linen was plain white & VERY cheap quality you could spit peas through it. (Not the usual ‘hotel quality’ bed linen we are use to in Marriott hotels around the world). The bed linen looked as though some of it had not been ironed & the top sheet was not straight ... seriously it looked as though someone had slept in it. When I phoned house keeping they sent up a lady who couldn’t speak english & didn’t understand what I was talking about with the state of the bed linen - she offered us different pillows. Big deal. The photos attached are SERIOUSLY the state of the bed when I entered the room & I had not tampered with the linen - one pillow has a grey piping on it, the other pillows look like they were slept on... and the linen looks as though it wasn’t ironed. Is this a Marriott Renaissance or a Motel 6 at $350 per night? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This little hotel was beautiful, in a primo spot for travelers with the movie theater, shopping and dining right out the front door! Even a Target downstairs! I was here for 1 night for work and couldn't say a bad thing about it. Very nice hotel imo and I travel a lot. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
