I stayed here with my kids 3 days. The pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The set up was cool, felt very relaxed. The service was great and the restaurant food was amazing. Great overall ambiance. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I have been to this hotel a few times for business and a few times just to have a drink. I have both had the pleasure of interacting with and observed her with other customers. She is very warm and welcoming and definitely makes you want to have a drink at the bar.....even if you're not thirsty. Even when the bar is completely packed, she someho manages to talk to everyone and keep the drinks and bar in order....she doesn't skip a beat. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

What I liked was that the lobby area was beautiful and that they had a really large indoor pool, which unfort I didn’t have time to use. Check in was a breeze, 3 minutes tops. The room was fine- kind of sub par for a Marriott, but it was clean and the bed was comfy. My issue was the thin walls. You could hear everything, and more. The doors slam very loudly and patrons up and down the halls well past 3am, loud. Normally wouldn’t bother me if this was Vegas or AC, but it’s not. For the first time in my life, I checked out at 3:30am bc we couldn’t sleep. It was impossible. Laughable experience. Oh, and WiFi is paid unless you’re in the lobby or a public area. No thanks. Aaron at the front desk was great at check in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel at home... The breakfast is great and the rooms have an amazing view. Once again Thank you for everything. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

So, I am leaving 5 stars on this review solely based on the EXCELLENT service that I received from the staff (Alvin, Gloria, Gary, Adel, Jessica, Victor, and Armando), the receptionist (aaron), and the maids staff that tells me good morning and asks me how am I doing every morning. However, there have been two separate occasions\issues in which the manager, Leticia Torres is her name I believe, was supposed to reach out to me, and I never got a response back. Even when I talked to her in person regarding my favorite pair of shoes that were left. She promised to give me a call back before my flight departed hours later that day. I even called back to follow up and left a voicemail. Never got a response. I have stayed here at least 4+ times since that incident occurred, and have still received no response. Same with my other inquiry a couple of weeks ago which caused me to stay at the Hilton Westchester hotel for 4 nights instead of here. I find this lack of response to be unprofessional and inconsiderate for any customer, especially frequent guest. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
