Spacious Studio

Nov 2nd, 2020

When you think studio, usually you're getting a smaller room than a 1-BR or 2-BR. Even with two queen size beds, our room on the top floor was plenty spacious. The hotel is located about 3 blocks from the Inner Harbor. There are a good number of panhandlers outside, but that is not an indictment against the hotel. Valet parking with in and out privilege is really the only option for this hotel. $35 for the day, but you can keep your car there after you check out until around 4pm. In the time of the pandemic, breakfast was very reasonable. Considering that most hotels that usually offer complimentary breakfast only give you a bagged grab-n-go containing a breakfast bar, apple, and a bottle of water; Residence Inn offered much more. There was yogurt, breads &bagels, fruit cups, fresh fruits, and breakfast sandwiches. With a kitchen in each room, you could take the breakfast sandwich to your room and fix it up to your liking. The view from our 15th floor room. We did get a room where you could see part of the Inner Harbor, but it's not close enough to give you the really nice views. There is another building that blocks the majority of our sight lines and it looks like it's the best look from this hotel location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Valet Parking

Nov 1st, 2020

We came in from Pittsburgh PA for the game against the Ravens. The valet service was great. Ariel, Robert, Mark, and Dante were very professional. The hotel itself was clean. We enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely be back again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A good visit by overall, messed up on the last day

Oct 24th, 2020

We stayed for the first time 10/21-10/24. Everything was near perfect for the first two days/nights - staff helped us with extra blankets and rags & the valet was quick to get us our car - but that all changed on the third night. As families poured into the hotel Friday night, our quiet floor was disrupted by banging doors, running children, and yelling adults long past 11pm. When several calls were made to the front desk, as late as 12:30am, no one answered a single call. We will think twice about using this hotel and this company again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
