I have Stayed here Off and on Thru The Covid 19 Situations while working at a Local Hospital. They have completed the Room Renovations, and are now Doing the Lobby and Also Including a BAR, YES A BAR, Can't wait to see when the bar Opens. During this time the Staff has been Extremely Extremely Accommodating and Going Above and Beyond during my Stay. I would want to Commend the Director or Rooms Guy Alfredo, He does an awesome job in making sure you room is on on the schedule to getting it clean with the Most AWESOMENESS and TALENTED HOUSEKEEPING staff. Also to ROY aka Peetey-Pablo who works the Front-desk during the evening, He doesn't Miss a Beat....Always there making sure everyone is wearing their Mask, and monitoring those who come in and out out the hotel. Also theirs a night auditor ROB, whom I see every now and then, he's Awesome maintaining the Front Desk at night, Its very rare the Night Auditors get Recognition, but they make sure the Hotel Gets Paid.....Grrrreeaat JOB Rob On a Different note This Great Team Lost one of their own, not to COVID-19 but due to some complications of Organ Failure. Her name is was Leah, and I believe she was in her late 20's and earlier 30's. My Condolences to this hotel Family. Also to Kelly, The GM, and Wilma The Director of Sales, and Michael Director of Operations, Have Always and Is Always doing an OUTSTANDING JOB at this hotel, well...I don't know about Michael, but I do know my Two Girls (Boxers dogs) Love to interact with him, and He loves to Rowl Them up...Uggh....I have two Dogs aka Boxers that travel with me everywhere I go, and I can say this is the best place they like to stay, cause the stay is sooo Pet Friendly, always to have a treat ready for them and a lots of attention Last BUT no LEAST is LEO who also worked night audits and the front desk, She is AWESOME, and a Lifesaver, I would hang out and chit chat w her when it was not busy, but THANK YOU LEO for our "Chat's" Also they got NEW POOL FURNITURE with a Fire Place to make SMORE's This has and Always Been An AWESOME HOTEL, and STAFF, and a WONDERFUL STAY !! I just wanna say the Staff (limited) here at this hotel know how to make a person feel not only WELCOMED, But also Feel at Home, the Newly Renovated floors and Full Size Kitchens with a FULL SIZE STOVE, reminds me of my own Apt back at home in Dallas, TX, I am an Anesthesia Assistant traveler, working at one of the hospitals here in Anaheim, and when I come after a 12hr to 14hr shift, I always get a "Hello" or a Welcome Back Mr. Luna. The Staff, even though what is happening and what they are going thru, they always have a SMILE on their faces and always eager to help you when your tired, and don't or too tired to make a trip to Target for some Raisin Bran. Kelly Montes, the GM of the Property is always working either a morning shift or the overnight shift is always their with a smile, along with her Team Members, Wilma David, the Director of Sales was the one who allowed me to see the room, before checking in, and is always helpful and Coureous, The Operations Manager Michael Patterson and his team is also Eager to help or assist where or when needed, especially getting me a couple of boxes of Raisin Bran when needed, Then your other awesome front desk team, Robert Murillo who does the Night Audit is always seen at the desk and Leo Sefulva with a smile and is asking how are things, and if there is anything Needed, but always concerned with how is the room and its necessities . Then there is the backbone of the Facility the Housekeepers, and the Maintenance Staff the Ones that come and take care of my room each week, they are Impeccable when it comes to making a room Shine and Sparkle especially when you have two Boxer Dogs who are spoiled by the Staff with Treats....oh yeah did I forget to say this place is PET FRIENDLY !! Well IT IS !!! So when your working Long hard hours and dealing with this Corona Virus, or just out and about, I highly recommend this HOTEL and its Staff They Are Totally Awesome, and being a Bonvoy Member, and when my contract is done, I can't wait to get my Survey, and give this place 5 STARS... I Highly Recommend this Place The Staff is AWESOME and Soo Professional with what is happening and dealing w the Renovations TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We visited Disney and Universal for a 4 day stay with our two school-age kids and baby. The 2 bedroom accommodations reeled us in as well as the proximity to Disney and the shuttle to avoid traffic on the day we visited. THE GOOD: The staff was friendly, we were greeted with smiles all the time. The complimentary coffee and infused water was a nice touch and the cookies they give when you check in were OUTSTANDING! My family couldn’t get enough of them and they were by far the best part of the stay here. Target is right across the street for any last minute items. The beds were comfy, typical for a Marriott. Housekeeping occurred daily and they did an excellent job. The complimentary breakfast was typical and nothing to write home about, but I guess it’s good that they even offer it so I won’t complain. Renovations were happening but we couldn’t hear any noise during our evenings in. NOT SO GOOD: First, the bathroom had rust in the tub. I didn’t even want to use it. I could also see poorly maintained areas throughout the room and I knew they were renovating as we stayed but I felt like these updates probably should have happened years ago. All in all, the room was decent, but not what I’m used to from Marriott. Way below my expectations. We book Residence Inns for the home-like amenities, including the full kitchen with dishes. We purchased food from the conveniently located Target across the street only to find that there were no skillets, just a small rusty pot and a large rusty pot. When we called for some from to the front desk, they told us they’d “see if they had anymore skillets” but we never heard back from them. Disappointing. The crib was just a playpen, though our daughter adjusted to it by the third night, it was likely from exhaustion. The sink in the larger bedroom was clogged and it would fill if the water was turned on high. The iron spit out white stuff when we used it. The bathroom fan would periodically decide to sound like an old motorcycle in need of repair, especially in the middle of the night, if the light was left on. Also, at 1 am one night, my husband was awakened by teens playing basketball loudly on the court adjacent to the pool. I would think that there would be some rules regarding timing for the convenience of sleeping guests but no... The shuttle seemed like a great idea considering the hotel is definitely not within walking distance of Disney. Pick up is right at the street in front of the hotel so it’s super convenient and priced decently at $6 per adult and $3 per kid. However, it’s supposed to run every 30 minutes and we waited no less than an hour for pick from the park. There were other families there when we got there who had been waiting much longer. Multiple times we considered a Lyft but it seems like they’re not allowed to pick you up nearby so that handcuffed us a bit. We didn’t want to walk miles on a considerably cool evening with 2 kids and a baby. So we waited and waited and waited... at least we got back I guess. OVERALL: I would never stay here again. Even after the renovations, I think there’s been such a sour experience that I’d try another chain at this point. Not a good look for Marriott. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This hotel is amazing. While our room was a bit dated and worn (and now currently all rooms are being refurbished) the service provided by everyone we encountered at this hotel makes it a 5 star!!!! I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never have I had everyone that works there making customer service a #1 priority. I am talking from the front desk, to the breakfast area, to the gentleman who seem to always be cleaning the carpets (so clean all the time), the shuttle, local recommendations, the pool area with the basketball court, ping pong table and comfortable chairs and tables. The breakfast options were one of the best included breakfast I have ever encountered. We stayed at a hotel in a brand new hotel in LA for a few days after that could certainly use a few pointers from the staff here! Upon arrival I had groceries delivered. They had them already put in our room so we did not have to lug them up. I needed sour cream for a dinner we had delivered bc it was forgotten and they got me some from the kitchen area. Needed a cup for some hot chocolate and so on. They were spot on for everything. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed with our grown up son in this hotel for a week. Susan at front desk welcome us with her cheerful and friendly demeanor. She was amazing and helpful, made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is close to Disneyland but located on the quiet area. Shuttle bus or by car to the park. Rooms very clean and have full kitchen. Their free hot continental breakfast was very delicious.
