Great breakfast, hotel was clean, everybody was helpful! Rocio was the best, always with a nice smile and ready to help with anything we needed! Will stay there again when we go to Anaheim, we had a pleasant stay TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My family just returned from a 2 week stay at the hotel. We loved it. The place is slightly dated (apparently, they are renovating next year) but it is clean, and the staff are AMAZING. Target is right across the road and the shuttle to Disney stops out front. I would not hesitate to stay here again. My only complaint would be that I found the rooms to be quite dark at night a few extra wall lights would be great. One other thing to keep in mind is there are no hairdryers, which is not a big deal if you know beforehand. The buffet breakfast was yummy and so was the free hot chocolate bar. Being Christmas time, the hotel was beautifully decorated, and they even had a Santa meet and greet in the lobby on the weekend. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
great for families.

rooms are great with two queens and pullout couch. kitchen area. gift shop somewhat pricey but drug stores and groceries are closeby as other options. The exercise room is bare-two treadmills (on was out), elliptical, one bike, some weights, kettle bells-this is where they can improve. The pool is nice except they don't mandate people are gone by 10pm which makes the sleeping experience poor when teenagers are outside yelling until midnight. Breakfast buffet is the best thing about this hotel. I think they serve real eggs instead of powdered, sausage, potatoes, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, and various bread carbs. Coffee and hot water at all hours. Popcorn sometimes and movies for kids. Ive stayed here 3x and once the elevator was out. There are a LOT of tourists here and ALOT of kids so if that isn't your jam I'd stay elsewhere. The first time I stayed they didn't give me a placard for my car so make sure you ask about that for overnight parking. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Large extended-stay hotel
Dec 6th, 2019
If you have stayed at Residence Inn properties before, you know what to expect - all rooms have a full kitchen, and breakfast is provided. This is a large hotel with many many guest rooms, and the breakfast area isn't large enough to handle the number of people. Tons of families means limited tables available for sitting, and tons of people crowding the food area most of the time. Parking will cost you $19. We were disappointed to find the pools and hot tub closed on a day we wanted to enjoy them, due to rain. Maintenance and cleanliness is average. You can walk from the hotel to Disneyland, but be aware it will take around 30 minutes and is over a mile each way. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Stay For Family Holiday Fun
Dec 6th, 2019
Stayed here in late November for a family vacation to Disneyland. First and foremost, some of the best customer service I have experienced in many years. I stay 50+ nights a year in hotels. During our stay we interacted with the front desk, the manager, breakfast staff, maintenance staff. Every single experience was outstanding. The way they interacted with my children made them feel so valued. That was every day during our Sunday – Thursday stay. The one day they had set-up a mailbox for kids to send letters to Santa. They had everything the kids needed to do this and my youngest was so excited. Completely unexpected to me, we received a letter from the hotel via mail a couple of weeks later forwarding the return letter from Santa (picture attached). I was very impressed. In addition to the outstanding service there are many other great things about the hotel. • The location to Disney is a 10-minute drive. • A large breakfast with many selections available, our kids loved it. • The recreation area outside is fabulous with the pool, basketball court, ping pong table. • The price point was very reasonable as well. The only area for improvement is the rooms. They are clean but they are run down a bit and the hotel pictures are not an accurate representation of the rooms. They are not terrible but with family’s going through them nearly non-stop I can see how that happens. They could use some fresh paint, new carpets and some of the furnishings updated but again not terrible by any means. I will definitely take my family back when we are in the area again.
