What a a deal. This Residence Inn was conveniently located, spotless, quiet and the staff was responsive. I needed sheets for the couch, and they were up in five minutes. I forgot to order breakfast ahead of time, and they bent over backwards to make it and help me carry it back for my big family. Finally, I slept great. For the price, this exceeded expectations. Good Experience and fantastic staff. They do their best so you can feel like home. My room had a kitchen so for a long stay is a plus. Low profile and clean hotel near the airport and North Star Mall. They support the US Armed Forces and that's nice. Courtesy buffet breakfast and on evenings they offer wine, beer and some snacks for free to all guests. Is a Marriott Brand. Thanks for your hospitality. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
One night; many observations

This would have been a great place to stay for a longer visit to town unfortunately I only stayed for one night. The checkin process was fine and they let me check in several hours early which was very thankful for a tired traveler. They helped me with my luggage to my room. They out me on the 3rd floor and with luggage or if you are someone who needs an elevator it was kind of a maze to get to my room. We exited the main building, apparently not connected to the rooms, walked through the yard, used our card to get into the hallway that had the elevator. Once we got off the elevator we had to go outside and walk over a overpass to the next building. Again we were prompted to swipe our room key to get into the building and the card reader did not work well at this door. I watched the bellhop swipe his card a dozen times before it accepted it and let us in. I was the first room on the left. The room was nice not gonna complain, it had a full kitchen and nice seperate living room space. The bedroom area had closet like doors to seperate it from the living room which I would expect didnt offer alot of soundproofing if you had someone in the LR area when you were trying to sleep. The blackout curtains weren't entirely blackout. There wasnt a luggage rack to prop my luggage on so I ended up using the sofa in the LR for that purpose. The room had alot of noise from the freeway, luckily the prior hotel I stayed at offered earplugs and I was grateful to have them during this stay. The bed linens were okay. The tv had a menu in it for guests with the standard info. When I woke from my 4hr nap I walked back to the front of the office building and across the yard to Chester's for a bite to eat. My Lyft driver had high recommendations to try it out. At night my doors would rattle everytime someone entered the building and I could hear all conversations of people passing in the hallway. I also didnt have a map to the ice machines so I'm not even sure they had ones near my room? The refrigerator in my room was pretty loud. The washclothes and towels were pretty cheap. I made two attempts to call the office to setup a shuttle for my very early flight and didnt get an answer either time. At that point I just went with a Lfyt driver instead dealing with it. I had to checkout at about 5am to make my flight so I didnt get to enjoy a free breakfast which was originally the reason i booked this place but my return flight had to get moved due to weather. When I checked out in the morning I prob could have convinced the person setting up breakfast to accommodate because the folks that work here were really accommodating. They made my short stay here better with their great attitudes. Overall the stay was okay and if I weren't traveling on my employer's dime this would be a very affordable option. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

we stayed three in this property and greatly appreciate the comfort, cleanliness and politeness if the hotel employees. Each Hotel associate Would great the guest on a regular basis. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen stacked w/ enough supplies fir four guest. The bed a great ( i wish they had king size , the queen size is little uncomfortable for two. The food was great. The attendants were busy to replenish the supplies with fresh food. The front desk agents were always happy to furnish us w/ extra supplies as needed. The best part was when i noticed the G.M was changing the air filter & cleaning the wall. . I have never seen a manager in suite and tie to do the nominal job. Bravo to all who made our stay happy.
