We stayed here on our way south so it was only for one night. The room was clean and the staff friendly. No complaints at all. Breakfast and coffee in the lobby are not free. We would stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice Hotel, Great Area

I was grateful to get this room on such short notice considering our team entered a tournament in Murfreesboro at the last minute. I arrived late. The clerk was quite conscending when I asked about a larger room or one that would accomodate a blow up mattress as I took two other children with me (party of 5). The clerk shrugged his shoulders and giggled his way through saying, "but that is not what you reserved. You reserved a double queen. Sorry." He went on to giggle and say that the room I reserved would not accommodate a twin size inflatable mattress and they have cots but they were currently not available. He gave another smirk, shoulder shrug and a "sorry." Oh, he added, "we're sold out." Considering my line of work, I would not have responded to any guest that way. I went ahead and went to the room. We moved the big blue chair between the dresser and desk and it was the perfect space for the mattress. On my way to Walmart, he stopped and asked, "Is everything ok?" Not sure why he wanted to know or cared at that point. Prior to my arrival, I called some number that I thought was Hilton and asked about the breakfast. The lady told me it was complimentary. I am not sure why I fell for that considering I have stayed at the Hilton Inn in Brentwood and I've always paid for breakfast. Needless to say, I was shocked the next morning when I ran into the $11 per person for breakfast. We were short on time so I went ahead and ordered for all of us. Kids under 12 don't nearly eat $11 worth of breakfast. The boys hated the made-to-order pancakes. I thought the breakfast was pretty good. The teenagers ordered an omelette so $55 later, we left as I tried to rejustify the cost in my mind. The room was comfortable. We all had enough space. Beds were little firm and pillows quite soft. The vent in the bathroom was was hanging on "by a thread." I reported it as I left. Overall, this is a very nice property in a great area. The inital clerk's attitude was a bit of a turn off however, I would stay here again. There are other less expensive breakfast options in the area. Also, I really loved hanging out in the lobby and pool reading, watching tv or the kids. The fruit infused water and complimentary coffee and popcorn is a great touch. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I stay here last year and it was Very comfortable, close to the Interstate, shopping, fantastic restaurants all up and down the road in front of the hotel. Great conference rooms and a restaurant /Bar in the Hotel and the food is good!! All rooms have inside entrance and an elevator to each floor. Dont expect a free breakfast.

First Hilton Garden inn I have visited without a free breakfast. It was a shocking surprise when I received a check in the middle of my breakfast. They did post that breakfast was 11.99 per person in small print for those of us that have not had that first morning cup of coffee. . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We could not be happier with our overall experience. We were in town for my sons graduation and we declined to stay at another local hotel that we had reservations. The place was filthy and the beds looked like someone just slept in them. We stopped in to the Hilton Gardens without reservations. The lobby and rooms were spotless. The entire staff was very helpful. The pool was immaculate. Thank you TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
