I don't give repeat business to suburban hotels which charge for parking.

Jul 28th, 2019

I don't mind paying for parking in city locations. However, I've begun refusing to do multiple stays at suburban hotels with standard parking lots which charge for parking. This hotel is perfectly fine, and the staff was great. However, they will never see my business again as there is no reason to charge me 10 dollars a night to park in their parking lot. I encourage all travelers to begin avoiding hotels that charge parking in non-city locations. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

good location for a visit to the White Marsh Johns Hopkins facility

Jul 24th, 2019

We spent one night prior to an early appointment at the local Johns Hopkins facility. The location was very convenient. The Inn is not new and it shows. The grounds were well maintained, and we would have liked to have tried out the outdoor pool, which looked nice, but a storm arrived when we did, so we had to forego the pool. The room was spacious and clean, the TV faced the bed so that you could not see it from the sitting area. There was a thermostat on the wall which I guess controlled the central HVAC, I am not sure that it did anything, to cool the room there was a small window unit which was right next to the bed, it was sealed using what appeared to be blue painter's tape- strange, and even stranger was the fact that the window covering (we were on the first floor) which was quite heavy, covered the window unit, so it was rendered useless. The shower did not work, and when my husband tried to take a towel off of the towel bar the unit came off of the wall. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel that never sleeps

Jun 23rd, 2019

Hotel is older and needs to be renovated. Rooms are on the small side. No safe in rooms. Someone else’s hair in bathroom. Neighbors start activities at 1:30am talking and walking up and down hallways until 3am then someone blasting TV in bedroom. I do not recommend this hotel. I prefer the Fairfield just down the street. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice hotel, rooms updated, but paying for parking is not cool ...

Jun 17th, 2019

We had a pleasant stay at Residence Inn White Marsh, good location, shopping and food nearby. Was not happy when I called the operator for roll of toilet paper and was told the hotel did not have any and would need to see if some had been bought. I've never stayed at hotel and they run out of toilet paper and to tell your guest this is unacceptable to me. Eventually a roll was placed in our room while we were out. Also, not a fan of the $10 a day parking fee. This alone would make me reconsider staying here again. Parking should be free. Just noticed the charge on my credit card statement. Nice hotel but paying for parking was a rip off

May 13th, 2019

This hotel is way out of Baltimore so we were shocked that we had to pay for parking!!! We did not see any reference to this on their website. Other than that the hotel was nice and comfortable with great staff. Breakfast offered a good and healthy selection and the Happy Hour snack was a nice bonus. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
