Have stayed here before and thought I would try it again. Was not as of a good experience as before. They were remodeling and made it a littel diffficult. I understand the need to remodel however it was a little inconvieant. The room was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The front lobby was the only problem but I am sure it has been taken care of by now. The location is great fro me. I had training in the building across the strett. Also just blocks away from 16th Street. Have not made up my mind if I would stay there again or not. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Bad customer service
Mar 6th, 2020
Your staff named "Craig" has the worst customer service! He hung up on me three time and admitted it while I'm trying to figure out my payment information, I had him on speaker phone and people listening could not believe this type of customer service from a hotel/inn. I am a paying customer you are extremely unprofessional, you have to be so rude and roll your eyes while you're on the phone with me and can't take a simple phone call to fix our payment information. The person standing infront of you told me. Really don't appreciate this type of customer service from someone who can't take a simple payment authorization, you lack basic job skills. I booked this hotel as a gift, I'm so glad I'm not staying there. I come to Denver a lot for work and training, I will never stay here after this experience with the staff. I also found out the GM Brad is out of town until March16th, it's unbelievable how bad this place runs. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Ok hotel but some problems
Feb 22nd, 2020
I just got back from staying 2 nights here and it could be a great place but a few issues make it a little below par. First they are doing construction in the lobby so things were not normal. Plus they were putting new floors in the elevators so this caused some delays. I got to my room which was 1202 on the corner and it was freezing. No matter what I did I couldn’t get it warm. Spent a lot of time under a hot shower. I always use the fitness center and this one was not too bad, but as I often see one of the two ellipticals TV did not work and this was the one I was on and the other one was being used. Then the next day I lifted weights and wanted to use the 30lb weights and found only one in the rack. Honestly, who steals a 30lb barbell? If they could fix these little things it could be a better place. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is being renovated so it was a little odd when we arrived very late at night and had to use a service elevator. Our initial impression was that maybe we had made a wrong choice; however, the room was beautiful - clearly a renovated room and very quiet. We never heard the construction. The manager was very friendly. The area is ideal for walking to the pedestrian mall and central to many activities. The morning breakfast had a nice variety. It will be a place we stay in again when visiting. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

1 block from the 16th street walking mall. Many restaurants very close. Check in was very slow, just like the last stay here four years ago. Rooms are quite and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is kept fully stock and everything we had was very tasty Good value for the money. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
