Overall - nice stay. The rooms were very nice, clean and well maintained. Parking (on-site for $35 was reasonable) Free beer and wine on Wednesday night (with free tacos) was a nice touch. Morning breakfast buffet was average. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
An AMAZING stay in the heart of Denver, Colorado.
Dec 3rd, 2019
I stayed here for a few days for US Thanksgiving with some close friends. I believe it is listed as a 3-star hotel, but you can't judge a book by its cover. This was a much better stay than even some more expensive 4+ star hotels I've stayed at during my past travels. On the Friday after Thanksgiving, I arrived early in the morning just to see if I could check-in early. The staff were able to accommodate me and I was quickly given a room on the 14th floor. My room number was 1427. The main hotel lobby was spacious, with many comfortable seats and couches and not one, but two warm fireplaces (Denver was quite cold and snowy that particular weekend). The three elevators to take visitors up to their rooms were off to the left of the front desk. Also accessible via the elevators was the on-property, multi-floor parking lot (Available for a $35 USD per day surcharge). Located nearby outside was a 7/11, Walgreens and CVS/pharmacy for snacks and bathroom products if need be. Also within a couple of blocks was the 16th Street Mall which is a pedestrian promenade with many brand name stores and restaurants. The room itself was wonderful. A full kitchenette was provided. That's a full stove/oven, a full-sized fridge, a microwave, a sink, plenty of counter space and some dishes and utensils! Of course, not everyone cares for such things, but I consider those extremely useful. My drinking water was kept cold and my leftovers nice and warm again. The living room area contained lots of walking room, a couch that could apparently convert to a bed and a desk with available lighting and plugs. Speaking of lighting, there were more than enough lighting fixtures if you're not into natural lighting. Two in the kitchen, two in the living area, two in bedroom area and two for the bathroom. While the window in room 1427 let light in, it was facing a building so it wasn't much of a view. Between the living area and the sleeping area was a large HDTV that could be spun to face either area, which was cool. Upon turning on the TV was a friendly welcome message with your full name shown, which was a nice touch. You get all the premium channels you could possibly want, though no Disney+ as of this writing (Netflix was available on the TV though). Inside the room was a Queen-sized bed with two bedside tables and an alarm clock. Beside this sleeping area was the bathroom sink, which faced the room closet, containing coat hangers, blow dryer, etc. Unfortunately, there was no safe in the room as far as I could tell. Finally, there was a closed-door toilet and walk-in shower with free shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Most importantly, as a solo traveler who lives on the Internet, the free, complementary Wi-Fi worked and worked well. I was able to connect my phone, tablet and laptop with no problems. With 9 Mbps Download and 9 Mbps Upload speeds, I was able to stream Netflix perfectly fine from my devices. I would like to take a moment and mention the staff. They were very warm and kind and happily helped me with whatever requests I had. They were even kind enough to say hello during breakfast and ask how I was doing. It may seem like a small thing to be given a smile and a greeting, but it was appreciated. It makes it seem like they care about their guests during their stay. The breakfast room was beside the lobby/eating area with free breakfast up until 10 a.m. There were plenty of food options for you and/or your family. There was hot coffee, of course, as well as breads, a toaster, hot oatmeal and cold cereals. There was a small salad bar area with fresh cut fruits and yummy hard-boiled eggs. Beside that were the hot food items which varied by days. They served anything from scrambled eggs to cheese omelettes, breakfast sausage, ham and sometimes even breakfast potatoes. Also available in the eating area was a small basket of fruits. Incidentals are $20 USD per day which is more than fair and best of all, no resort fees! As mentioned, it was an amazing stay. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel during future visits to Denver. I give it a perfect score. You won't be disappointed with this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
My go-to in Denver!

I've stayed here twice on business trips to Denver and I'd stay there again. Walking distance to everything you need to reach downtown and a nicer place to stay than many of the hotels closer to the Convention Center. Breakfast is delicious and convenient. Housekeeping is superb, front desk staff very helpful. Check in and out, effortless. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I had a good experience at this property. It was vry conveniently located to everything I had to do in Denver - I was literally able to walk to my appointments and the staff was very helpful in getting me directions. The property was really nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was better than most. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
