The hotel was average, not as nice as it looked in the pictures BUT the staff was the best I've experienced(all shifts). Day 1 they brewed new coffee for us, later that day they opened the breakfast cooler so the baby could have yogurt. Later yet the staff complained to the pizza place for how long they kept us waiting and tried to get us a refund. A+ staff. NEVER get yum yum pizza. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Our sweet smelled like smoke and the trash which was kept under the sink was overflowing with the previous occupants trash. We did ask for it to be changed but nobody came other than that the tub was outdated and stained due to the age of it which affect overall appearance and perception of the room. Staff was friendly masks were worn no other complaints TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Perfect for our large family

We got one of the larger 2 bedroom for all our kids, and overall everything was very good. It would have been nice to have more plates and silverware and stuff like that, there were only 3 of each, considering there is room to sleep a lot of people. They also don’t have any built-in USB outlets, which I consider to be a miss for a modern hotel. Breakfast is bagged instead of buffet because of COVID, but was plenty of food for all of us to get the day started. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My wife and I went from Pittsburgh to Erie for a day, before moving on to the Finger Lakes region in New York. We started out going biking at Presque isle park along Lake Erie. Since I had some Wyndham rewards points, this was a free stay for us. We liked our hotel room. Even though we did not cook anything there, we liked the kitchen facilities. We also liked the whirlpool/shower combination. We also were pleased that we could still have the complimentary breakfast, even in light of COVID-19. If we come back to Erie to stay, we would seriously consider staying here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
