Really Needs Updated!!

Jul 17th, 2019

Spent 8 very long nights there. The room we had was full of mold and mildew.I took pictures but will spare you .Theaironditioning in the room worked partially but every time you entered the room the smell of mildew hit you like a ton of bricks. My daughter ended up with an inner ear infection and we were told it was from the air quality. The pool was FILTHY! Never saw anyone cleaning it and the scum on top was visible as well as garbage all around the pool area from the days before. The breakfast was typical of a Residence Inn but EVERY SINGLE DAY they ran out of food/cffee and it took quite awhile for the single person working the breakfast area to actually keep up. The hotel was full so it was very busy. I had previously visited this same hotel in May and it did not seem this bad. Shame to see it go down hill Thefront desk staff acted as if I was bothering them every time I approached the desk to ask for a pool key, request a shuttle Oneday I was even harrassed while sitting in the pool by another guest and family. I quietly left the area and went inside. I obviously looked upset and told the front desk attendant about what was going on and her response was ...oh. She had my name and room number and I was hoping the manager or someone would actually follow up, but nada.. The ONLY positive things I can say about hotel is the location to the Expo center is great and 3/8evenings they offered a complimentary happy hour with beverages and appetizers. Spacious 2 bedroom suite, friendly staff

Jul 8th, 2019

I booked the place for 5 adults and an infant. This is one of the few places that offers 2 separate private bedroom with a full kitchen. The place was spacious enough, with 2 queen beds - one in either room, each with its own smart TV and full bathroom. The rooms are separated by a full kitchen and living area, with a dining table, comfortable sofa couch and a smart TV. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide us with a crib and extra sheets for our infant. Complimentary breakfast is served from 6 - 9 and comes with all what you'd typically expect, and a bit more, from a mid-price hotel. I just hope they served it past 9. The hotel is a convenient 5-7 minute drive to The Mega Cavern caves, and 15 minutes to the Muhammad Ali Center. I would love to stay here again on our next stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
