Other WAY BETTER CHOICES exist for the same price!

Jan 10th, 2021

Me and my fiancé came to visit this place for 4 nights and 5 days. Needless to say we were very disappointed with the food. All the food that they had was prepared in bulk to feed herds and there was nothing there that I really liked at all. This hotel also was very interested in charging extra for a wide variety of things which really shocked me considering that we bought the all-inclusive package. It seemed like they were saying it's all inclusive to our liking but maybe not yours. The pool area was also very bare and had no vegetation. They clearly try and save cents instead of worrying about the patrons. No plans to ever visit any of their hotels ever. Sorry not a good choice for me. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL

Dec 27th, 2020

Stay at a different hotel!! What a let down and rip off. I would give this hotel 2 / 2.5 stars at best- I have no idea why they are so highly rated on trip advisor. At a resort, everything should be relaxing and easy. This place was overly complicated and stressful. I think it’s fake. We regret staying here. The hotel is next to the highway. You can hear the cars and see the freeway from the adult pool. Most of the front of the hotel is a parking lot. We didn’t take any photos here because it’s not photogenic. It looks more like a mall from the early 90s. Crappy, very slow service. Rude, unorganized. They didn’t take cards at the bar or restaurant. We had to walk to the lobby checkin every time we wanted to pay with a card. When we checked in they told us the breakfast was 300 pesos. Then, when we were checking out they said they changed the price he day we checked into 360 Pesos. We asked them to honor their original price and they said no. This hotel is very far away, by the airport. It’s less expensive however you will spend a ton on taxis trying to get to a nice restaurant or the beach. 600 pesos for flip flops in the store. Over priced watered down drinks. The first night we went to the hotel Italian restaurant and the service was ridiculous and took forever. When we checked out I told my boyfriend it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. He agreed that it was up there for him. Do yourself a favor and stay at any other hotel or an air Bnb. This is not a cool, trendy place. It is for old people and children. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Zona diamante, not at the beach but all inclusive resort

Sep 30th, 2020

At first we were skeptical about booking a beach resort that was not at the beach. But when we arrived the COVID19 sanitation protocols and check-in service was great. We were lucky to not have to wait and got our rooms promptly at our arrival, which was before 2pm. I loved the fact that each room had a balcony and that we could see the ocean from afar. Ah and the nespresso machines definitely was a plus. The water at the pools were a bit warm for some reason. The food was not impressive but not bad. I'd say above average for a regular all-inclusive. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
