I would like to take a moment and tell you about a Employee who works at the Comfort Inn in Miami Florida located on 100 SE 4th St. Let me tell you she has made my experience at this hotel, the BEST ever! When I stayed here last year it was under a different name change, so when I booked this year, it still was listed as the Rodeway Inn, but unbeknownst to me, they changed hands AGAIN! When I got there not only did they not have my reservations but I had to book a room and on MLK. holiday I was frantic! I needed 2 rooms But she went way beyond and took her time to help me.. She not only helped me with my reservations, but helped me with canceling my old reservation at the Rodeway, ( same name but different location) WOW! Let me tell you want a GEM you have in " SILVERIA " , I work in the industry for over 40 years in Atlantic City at Caesars and I hope that we have employees that work as hard as her... I was about to write off this property and not come back, ( especially since this is under construction and things are not working properly and are closed completely ) and this happened last time to, I thought i would be finish in a year, but Silvereria makes it the trip worth while. Since I booked my stay thru Booking.com I thought I was going to lose everything , but with her help I was able to get a refund from my other reservation. I can not thank her enough, she made my stay AMAZING! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown has become my new favorite spot to stay at whenever I’m in the area. Alysha always goes above and beyond for us and the service is impeccable. I will always recommend people to come here. Hotel has been renovated and is so sleek and modern. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I’ve been in the hotel for a week in December. The hotel is totally NEW!!! AWESOME!!!! Staff was exceptional and friendly. Great location. The rooms are brand new and very clean and beds super comfortable. And the views from my room to brickell amazing! I’ll be back for sure! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Service was alright no bathroom open for guest on first floor. Room was with tv but tv direction was on opposite than bed and sofa you cant watch tv if you want. Didnt got water first time when we tried after calling we had water in bathroom. Water bottle cost is $4.00 downstair ridiculous better get your own water from store when you stay there. Good thing was you can leave your luggage after checkout if your flight is late like mine. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
