Moldy face cloth on top of shower curtain disgusting room had to leave after one hour no refund by hotel management. I’m going to attach pictures it says it all mold throughout the room. Shower curtain was a cloth wet curtain with mold on the bottom of it. I tried to get a refund from Management when I was disturbed by the quality of the room and they said no I gave them my phone number so that the manager could call me and they never did I emailed the manager and choice hotels I never got a response. When Friend saw pictures they said call the health department. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Absolutely the worst

Dec 12th, 2019

Booked this through a travel agency and the pictures are not what we got. The room smelled of cigarettes setting off my asthma, no linens for the sofa bed, cushions and armrests ripped all up and stained, and questionable people hanging around the lobby and buildings. We didnt even spend the night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Do NOT Book the Hotel (Motel)

Oct 16th, 2019

This place is very run down from the dirty bedding which has stains and cigarette burns on them and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping the bed. The couch in the room was very dirty and the tub was the same. The security lock on the door did not work. I recommend you find another place to stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Oh nooooo

Oct 10th, 2019

Seriously just so many "Oh no!"s going on in this place. The worst part is that it has SOOOOOOO much potential! It's one of the biggest rooms I've ever seen in a motel setting, it's near so many things, and it has a kitchenette. They wasted it on shoddy cleaning, questionable pest control methods, and not having a 1 out of 10 on their decentralized approach. Asked to see a manager multiple times for the ridiculous and constant issues occuring, but they were always "out of the office for the day". Despite the price I paid for this, based on the online and trip advisor photos, I would have gladly paid more, but from what I saw and experienced, I was definitely wanting a partial refund. The breakfast had three choices claiming to be "continental": either a sugar-filled one, an oil-filled one, or a dried toast one. I did not even DARE order room service. You guys have SUCH a beautiful place located in SUCH a beautiful area. Do not waste your potential!!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Just don't stay here!!!

Oct 6th, 2019

Wow, where to start... DO NOT STAY HERE! (Summary: motel, filthy/broken rooms, NO TRUE BREAKFAST (just snacks), the male concierge is very rude, the are ROACHES. First and foremost, it was advertised as a hotel, when infact this is a motel and the pictures online have to be atleast 20 years old, because this place is literally falling apart. MOTEL room: So we had an incident where we needed to check in early, but they refused, stating that the staff needed to clean the room, so we assumed that we were going to have a freshly cleaned room. JOKE'S ON US! Essentially, when we finally got there, the pillows were full of hair and the sheets were covered in stains (from someone's skin). I obviously went to the concierge to speak to management, who wasn't available, so she decided to move us to a new room. The new room's sheets were cleaned, BUT these pillowcases were not only covered in hair and stains, but also they had some sort of brown crust on them, so the concierge quickly replaced them. Unfortunately my sister and I were too exhausted from our roadtrip, so we didn't survey the room enough before the consierge left. The towel are so disgusting (praise God that my mom taught us to always bring our own towels), they are a hint of yellow instead of white from terrible staining. The shower/tub is so gross, I'm not sure if it gets deep cleaned. Despite it being spacious, hair is all over the room and so many things are broken (light, handles, etc) or missing (iron etc). It doesn't have enough trash cans, outlets are hard to find, the a/c keeps turning on and off (thank God it isn't summer and that we've only been resting in this room instead of spending time here. I don't think the floors have been cleaned. We wiped the surfaces of everything ourselves, and for health purposes, I've just been sleeping on top of the blanket with my own personal blanket from home. Oh and there's no elevator, so good luck with your luggage. Furthermore, I cover the toilet seat with toilet paper, before sitting, because disinfectant wipes cannot save this place. Also... DOES THIS PLACE HAVE A HEALTH INSPECTION?! It needs one. "Breakfast": I only stay in HOTELS that provide breakfast for fiscal reasons. This place doesn't provide breakfast, it's basically an unsanitary snack session. All that is provided are a few cereal options, waffles that you make yourself, bread slices, brownies (not muffins), milk, orange juice, and apple juice (all three served in pitchers and unrefrigerated during the entire "breakfast time"). That is literally all, unless you count the butter and syrup. No fruit, no peanutbutter, no honey, no cream cheese, no muffins, no bagels, no eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no yogurt. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, so I went to the concierge (a man this time) and politely asked if there was some peanut butter (some places keep them in the back), his response was, "What you see is what you get!" I felt so disrespected, but I thought maybe it was my fault for coming down at 8 am when breakfast began at 6 am. I proceeded to again politely ask him another question (my mistake). I inquired that if I came down sooner, would there have been more options, he raised his voice and said, "Ma'am, you get what you see! Do you not know what a continental breakfast is?! What you see is what you get!" That infact is not what a continental breakfast is and he should've been remorseful, not disrespectful, especially since I was nothing less than polite to him. He had some nerve being disrespectful, while running a subpar establishment. Conclusion: Sleeping in a car is a better option than staying at this place. I made the biggest mistake staying here, and I'm now realizing that our experience has been tamer than some of these other reviews! This place is a disgusting disappointment with subpar service. I wish that this place could get bought out by a billionaire and redone with new staff, because it has so much potential. Also, this place needs an inspector ASAP. Icing on the Cake: Oh and our final evening and morning, we were greeted with roaches!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
