Beautiful Place

Mar 30th, 2020

Rooms and bed was very comfy and clean. Parking was like $27 a day. The pools was warm, clean and accessible. There are servers that come around and bar close by. The bathrooms were very well maintained by the pools. The resort is truly beautiful. We stayed on the floor that you didn't need to take an elevator (I think floor 3). Anyway, once you figure it out its not difficult to get around. Many places to conversate and hang out. I would recommend it! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

NICE hotel, good service, EXPENSIVE self-parking.

Mar 17th, 2020

We stayed for five nights (March 2020). Nice hotel, nice area. It is a BIG resort. We were there during the night only, we pretty much left 7am and came back 9pm everyday. The lobby is really nice as well as much areas. Rooms are average for a resort of that kind/price. Free internet is limited to 10mbps, you have to pay for full speed, and receiving packages is also charged based on weight. PARKING: You have two options for parking (Valet $22 I think) and self-parking ($18 per day). We didnt expect parking to be charged for guests. Our daily rate (Hotwire) was below $80 per night plus taxes, so parking was very expensive based on the daily hotel rate we paid. Also, self parking is not right there, expect to walk. We read some negative reviews about parking prices as well. Overall good hotel resort if you dont care for parking and you plan on enjoying the hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A huge property. Wouldn’t go on vacation but it was good for a conference

Mar 14th, 2020

In particular, they did a great job on the food. And that is not easy for such a large group. We were served breakfast and lunch buffets, cocktail receptions and a gala dinner. Excellent food and service. The rooms are nice - what you would expect in this type of hotel. The walk from your room to the elevators and then to the conference rooms is somewhat daunting... Overall, a good venue. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing hotel !

Mar 10th, 2020

What a fabulous hotel , hubby and I booked through Virgin holidays . Prices included parking and executive lounge and discounts in some restaurants. We could not fault anything. The staff , service and room was excellent, the grounds and pools were immaculate . The lounge was great soft n hot drinks from 6.30 am till midnight , breakfasting the lounge was fruit , bagels , cereal and pastries. We ate there every morning, 6-8 was canapés and they were amazing, you could get beer and wine and there was s charge bud light was $5 which was good . At 9 pm there we desserts . The pools were lovey and quiet and to say the hotel has a conference centre on it it never effected us, the only time it did was one morning when we booked a taxi but he was on time but he complained the road was busy. Overall the hotel is amazing it’s out of the way about so you need a car but it’s so peaceful , relaxing and I would return and highly recommended it 100% TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Gorgeous resort - a few tweaks to perfect

Mar 9th, 2020

I am here for a business conference and this is a beautiful resort. The staff is friendly and helpful and they rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern. My main complaint is when my room was cleaned and toiletries were not restocked, so I had to call and wait for them to arrive, which took some time. To me, that shouldn’t happen at this type of resort. We were also told one evening by an employee at the Mexican Restaurant that there was no wait at the steakhouse. We had been working all day and were exhausted, but walked over to the steakhouse, only to be told we required reservations. We explained an employee told us there was no wait, but the maitre d laughed and no apology was given. That wasn’t the best experience. If given the choice, I would return. I just wouldn’t expect perfection if that is what one is looking for in a resort stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
