Bingo the most excitement in the place!

Jul 15th, 2019

Can’t believe how this hotel has declined - never mind the lack of bellhops, lack of entertainment, lack of pool maintenance, lack of disclosure about ur drinks, lack of experience at front desk and lack of recognition for elite level members, lack of music playing, but you will here bingo calling! Oh and they will charge you a resort fee! However due to an AG law suit you may be able to fight it or get ur money back! Google it !! Stayed here many times over the years but will not be coming back! Many places nearby have a better vibe including the Vanderbilt and the Concha ! Nothing really positive to say and I have over 750 nights at their properties! This is one to now unfortunately miss! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Location, Great Stay, Great Customer Service

Jul 15th, 2019

Our family recently stayed at the hotel before and after a cruise that departed from San Juan. The hotel staff were friendily and very helpful. Upon our return from the cruise, we arrived at the hotel at 8:30 am and we were given a room unpon our arrival. We greatly appreciated this. The hotel is right on the beach and the beach and pool area was very nice. The hotel is also located in a very central and high traffic area close to a lot of fabulous restaurants. We were able to walk to most things. The housekeeping staff were amazing and really made us feel at home. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent experience

Jul 13th, 2019

Our family visited PR for the first time. The hotel was very clean and up to date. As an Elite member, the check-in experience was not overly impressive and we never were invited to step into the member lounge that was adjacent. The security team both at the front door and beach entrance were always so friendly and very helpful and we appreciated this step Mariott took. The best part of our trip was the daily breakfast with Angelo. He remembered food orders and preferences from each previous day. He was great with our kids and they still talk about him. Fabulous person to have on the wait staff! We hope to return again soon. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not worth the money

Jul 13th, 2019

Nice hotel with nice people but definitely not worth the money. I booked this hotel because of the good reviews but I was very disappointed. For one, I booked an ocean view executive suite and when I got there I realized that the description of the suite was misleading. My view was of only a sliver of the ocean. The people at the front desk said I should have booked an oceanfront view for full view of the ocean. For the amount of money I paid for this vacation, they should have at least offered me a free drink, restaurant credit, spa credit or something for my inconvenience. Next, the beds were very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a board. I usually stay at Marriott hotels and I’ve never been in one where the beds were this bad. I recommend staying at Condado Vanderbilt. If you’re going to pay this much money for a hotel, at least stay somewhere with first class service and rooms TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice place on the beach with swimming pools and casino off the main lobby. On site resturants and gift shops. On site parking BUT $21 daily parking fee. No continental breakfast unless your an elite member. Any food or drink must he bought, cheaper to eat out. Starbucks and hardrock cafe right acroos the street. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
