First impressions were fantastic with Krystal reaching out before we checked in, once we got there Maggie was excellent and truly a gem the entire stay. So lovely. The Chairmans Suite was beautiful and the Jo Malone amenities we a lovely surprise. Perfectly appointed suite with an amazing bathroom. We loved the spacious layout. Sister Night Out

Stayed one night with my two Sisters for a little Sister getaway. The hotel was so great! I happened to be the guest of the day, which gave me an upgrade to the Presidential Suite. My Sisters had a standard room. Both rooms were beautiful, like new, and spotlessly clean! It was so nice having the suite because we could get take out from Emeril’s Burger restaurant and eat it at the huge dining table in the suite. Every staff member we dealt with was so helpful and just so nice! Shout out to front desk agent, Juliet, for being a total sweetheart! The people in the restaurant were so nice also, customer service was 5 Star! Thank you to all for helping us have a great night!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wow. We had booked two nights stay for Saturday and Sunday nights (8/29 and 8/30) and I specifically told them upon booking that we would not arrive until very late as we work until 10 pm on Saturday and had a drive. We arrived around 12:20 am Sunday morning. Found the Hotel lobby entrance closed so we went around via the Mall entrance. Upon trying to check in, the gentleman attempting to get our room became "frustrated". He called the night manager and she came over and inspected the availability and told us our room was no longer available but that she was bumping us up to one of the largest suites in the facility. We thanked her and proceeded to our room. We were in room 1500 "The Presidential Suite". Unbelievable! What a room! Three TVs, a full bathroom next to the bedroom and a powder room near the front door. No matter how much I can describe it won't do the suite justice. Next day we did a few things, went shopping for a bit and when I carried packages up to the room while my wife continued to shop, A wonderful woman manning the desk at the Chairmans Lounge greeted me as I walked by and showed me this suite. She made me feel so welcome and offered me food and drink. Went back and told my wife what a great experience I had and, after shopping we went back to the lounge and met Victoria Barlow. Victoria went way out of her way to make us feel welcome. Wonderful woman who really understands customer service. Not only did she greet us warmly, she grabbed us some beverages and even made dinner reservations at Emeril's Chop House for us. Our dinner was excellent. My filet mignon was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy, tender and perfect medium on the inside. We gambled both nights and found the casino was very clean and practiced social distancing well. I never felt too close to someone nor did we fear unsanitary conditions as we say people constantly wiping things down, hand sanitizers everywhere and everyone wore a mask the proper way. We have been to many casino hotels in many states but this was one of the best over-all experiences we ever had. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Despite the "Clean Team" still not enough distancing

This was my first time to this Casino last night. They have this "Clean Team" who direct you to the Casino, make sure you do not have too many people in the elevators and do temp checks upon casino entry but the sheer layout of the place in my opinion is still not enough to make me feel safe. I still walked around feeling packed as a sardine with people literally in your face(many who kept taking their masks off or under their noses and mouth) . It looks like they are still allowing bus tour guests it would seem from the clientele I saw walking in crowds. I did see staff wiping the machines down and they do have disinfectant wipes all over which is a step above many others but I still felt way worse coming here than Mt. Airy. I feel like the layout in Mt Airy offers much better distancing (including the spacing of the slot machines). TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Worst experience ever

An aggressive security guard came at me with what looked like a gun to take my temp without permission. Then after taking the temp of the others in my party refused to let them to our room because i refused to wear a mask under ADA. There should have been a disclaimer on the web sites that they advertise the hotel on. I will never stay at this hotel or do any business with Windcreek properties again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
