My hotel reviews follow a point system. All points (aka stars) are all or nothing which equals to a potential 5 (duh). Each of these is worth one star; Shower/Bathroom, Bed/Pillow, cleanliness, overall room, amenities. 1/1 Shower/Bathroom. One of the better hotel showers. 1/1 Bed/Pillow. I slept like a big fat baby. 1/1 Cleanliness. No complaints here. 1/1 Overall Room. No complaints here. 1/1 Amenities. Due to Covid they were closed, but after inspection they looked amazing. They still offer room service :) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Day trip in February

Nicely renovated hotel property. The hotel looks a little outdated from the outside, but well decorated and renovated on the inside. The staffs are very welcoming, and greeted us with smiles and all the information about the property. The M club is a nice addition to the hotel, it offers a variety different kinds of food for breakfast and dinner, in addition to drinks and snacks throughout the day. The hotel location is very convenient to the airport and other business establishments. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Construction until 6:30pm!

I was hoping to be able to rest after checking in. Unfortunately, the room right next to mine was being remodeled. The hammering was non-stop. The paper thin walls meant it was like It was in my room. I understand hotels do renovations but I thought it would stop by 5pm on a Friday night. Nope! I called front desk- no help. They said they would check on it & call me back. They never did. Finally at 6:30 pm I asked the workers to stop. They said they would and eventually quit. The management did nothing to try to remedy the situation. They didn’t care! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice property

I spent one night here earlier this week and this is a nice property with efficient staff. The staff is mostly Filipino and they are service minded. The rooms are nice, have been refitted recently, and have balconies. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very disappointed - not a typical Marriott visit

Our family has stayed at this location several times for NFL games during the past 2-3 years and have enjoyed our stays. Unfortunately we experienced some consistent bad service issues during our recent stay (12/20-12/23). Concierge Club - the new club is great. Very nice and open. The issue we had was that it appears the kitchen seems to shut down the food preparation for breakfast around 9:30 am (the breakfast service on this day ended at 10:00). If you advertise that breakfast is being provided until a certain time, be sure to have enough food until that time. When we arrived at 9:30am, there were 2 muffins left and some oatmeal. No other food was ever brought out, in fact, the staff was clearing the serving trays. Lobby restaurant - although I completely understand that the hotel lobby restaurant would be very busy after a game, for us to sit for 15 minutes with no one coming to our table is unacceptable. Because a server could not be found, we went back up to the hostess to see if she could get someone to help us. She kindly got us water and simply took our order. Not her job but she went out of her way to take care of us. Housekeeping - not a major issue, but for some reason our room was not cleaned on our first day. When we got back to our room later in the evening, I tried to call the front desk and housekeeping for some clean towels with no answer. I was on hold for about 12 minutes before I simply used my Marriott app and requested these items. I did send a message via the Marriott app about my dissatisfaction of my stay. What was nice is that someone from the hotel did respond and called my room to discuss the issue, but it was at 10:30pm on Sunday night and woke up our family. Room - on a positive note, the rooms did receive a nice renovation. Recommendation to travelers: I used suite upgrades for this trip but the room we had was almost identical to the regular rooms we had in the past. In my opinion, I wasted my suite upgrades. Overall, very disappointed in this location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
