Great location and service

Great location with hourly shuttle during the day to the plaza. Rin at the front desk does a fine job. In the lounge, hope you get the served by either Anjelica or Jasmine. Try the quesadilla and or the banana split dessert. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best Value in Santa Fe!

Jun 13th, 2019

Nice, clean rooms, and a great restaurant/bar area in which to hang out. The coffee was apparently infused with pinion wood, similar to the coffee and chicory recipes of New Orleans, and it was fantastic! Coffee was available 24 hours a day. The hotel had all the usual things you would find for free continental breakfast plus scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits. They even had oatmeal and Greek yogurt with all the trimmings...not packets, but in big pots. We had a great time, and I wanted to give a shout out to Krista at the front desk, who was most helpful when we were checking out! Great hotel...great atmosphere...great price! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good help.

Jun 7th, 2019

We arrived to a room with a small living room and one large room with a king size bed. I looked for the second bed, but there wasn’t one. So we looked at the couch and it was a pull out bed. This wasn’t the room I booked. I walked over to the desk and inquired about the room. They said that the original booking had problems as they had a water leak and we were upgraded; wasn’t much an upgrade. I went back to try to make due with what I have. Pulled out the sofa bed and it was broken. One of the arm was so bent that no one could sleep comfortably. I walked back to complain again and they said they would send someone over to “fix” the issue. After some time, the front desk called with a temporary solution. They put us up in another room, but for the night as they were all booked up for the week. We stayed and slept. The next day, we had to check out. We had our free breakfast and I told the front that if hey couldn’t find us a new room, we’ll manage in our broken down room. The manager told us that we could actually stay in our temporary room for our stay. Problem solved! The temporary was newly renovated. Still smell like fresh paint. Location was good. Whole Foods around the corner, REI minutes away. Roadrunner train within blocks. There is a free buffet breakfast with eggs, sausage disks, biscuits and gravy, fruit, coffee and juices. On-site restaurants is good too. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Value, Close Enough to Walk Downtown

Jun 5th, 2019

This Inn was just fine. Very reasonably priced. Nothing fancy, but totally acceptable. The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated, and really quite good. There is a huge Whole Foods less than a 5 minute walk where you can buy hot foods and eat right there. I walked to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum from the Inn, about a 30 minute stroll. I'd say while it's not at all luxurious, it was a fine place to stay a couple nights if you appreciate saving money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave us extra pillows, offered directions to other sites and dining. The free van transport to downtown was nice after walking all day around the downtown sites. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I wanted to leave the same night

Jun 1st, 2019

The pool was down and they had no plan to fix it. This is false advertising in my opinion. They had a band playing terrible music from their restaurant right into our room till 10pm. The vibrations were literally in our room. There was no management to complain to and they refused to refund my next night. So I left and they got a free day. Avoid this nightmare of a hotel.
