Great rooms but rest average

Feb 23rd, 2020

The rooms are very spacious, The breakfast buffet was good but pricey. Nice location for walking, but you’re paying for the location. Don’t know if the hotel matches the price. Staff there were great, at the front desk and at the restaurant TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good location, dated rooms, thin walls

Feb 11th, 2020

This hotel was decent, though it doesn't have the feel of the 4 start Marriott/Sheraton level brand. The rooms are big, but very dated and the walls are paper thin - as in, we could hear normal level phone conversations next door. Location is great, but this hotel BADLY needs a refresh. Good two night stay, some sound issues

Dec 13th, 2019

An ok stay in an older Marriott. I stayed two nights last month. I was upgraded kind of due to my Marriott status, so I got a room with a view of the Hotel entry. The problem with that was that even on the 5th floor I could hear the fountain in front running all day until it stopped each night late, even with the door to my patio closed, the glass was too thin to keep the noise out. So, when I was working in my room, there was constant sounds of running water. Plus, even 5 floors up, I could hear everyone coming and going by cars, taxis or ubers too. Not a good plan. The room was nice enough, an older property with a little suite of a fridge too and a couch/livingroom area and a desk, separate from my bed-room. Front desk staff was ok, not great, and not particularly friendly. The bar staff was great and the one breakfast we had there was quite good. The bar had a nice area to watch the football games too. An ok stay, in a good location just near the main street in Old Town Scottsdale. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect location and friendly staff

Dec 10th, 2019

We stayed here with a group of 24 and couldn't be happier. Our group coordinator Reid was friendly and responsive answering all of our questions. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to everything in Old Town Scottsdale. Tons of great bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. All rooms are spacious suites with a separate living area with a couch, tv, and bar which is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the bar had a wide selection of cocktails and beers. I would happily stay here for my next visit to Scottsdale! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
