Good location

Jun 21st, 2019

Very good location right on the water....but keep in mind most of the heart of the area is UPHILL from here. Be prepared to walk a lot!!! Rooms are basic and very quiet. I didn’t hear any noise all week! That is a big bonus! Parking is very very expensive.....total of $63 per day! There are 24 hour public lots nearby. In the summer this is a cruise hotel.....so Friday- Sunday be prepared for masses of people either coming in to get on the boat or leaving the boat and staying an extra night or two. Conference area is nice with a very efficient staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect locaiton

The hotel is fairly standard. Clean, and filled with amenities. The best is location. It is directly across the street from Harbor, pier and many local attractions. I recommend Wheels over Washington, sounds silly but its a virtual thing a quick way to see anything you miss, fly through the mountains, the spacee needle etc. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Does What it says on the Tin

Checked in on line. Used remote access app to by pass reception and access room. Checked out on like. Limited interaction with any human beings. But the room was excellent apart from no room safe which I found odd. Actually breakfast was a highlight. Good food and great service. Good location. Happy to use again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very Accommodating

Excellent location if you’re taking a Norwegian Cruise. The loading dock is literally right across the street. The staff were super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Great location if you’re interested in the Seattle markets as well. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not up to the Marriott standards

Jun 17th, 2019

Even though this property is close proximity to the port I would stay here again. We were taking a cruise and figured that staying here would be close to the cruise terminal and be convenient......not happening. Carpets in the halls are splitting the seems everywhere. Tripped twice which is not fun when your juggling your luggage cause the bellmen couldn’t figure out where your room was. The hotel had a convention or something going on which made it even worse cause the music was brutal and kept us up till last midnight even though the front desk said it would be over by 11pm. Room was sub par and needed a good maintenance once over. Doorknobs falling off holes in the shades and a lack of cleanliness in an all around way. Front desk staff needs a lesson in customer service and shouldn’t lie to the guests about noise, areas blocked off and restaurants being closed. We are high level Marriott rewards due to our extensive travel and to not honor the high floor, water in the room and over all expectations we are used to is unfortunate. We will never stay here again. Only took a couple photos but I’m sure if you stayed there over the 6/7 - 6/9 weekend you can verify my posts. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
