Place in major need of updating

Mar 6th, 2020

Only stayed one night, room was nice enough, but felt might fall thru the floors in the hallways. General maintenance seems to be a bit lacking. That being said, it served it's purpose for us for 1 night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Worst hotel ever. And extremely rude

Feb 17th, 2020

This hotel is a real mess. My room didn’t have a remote for the TV. Not good for Super Bowl Sunday. Staff did nothing in spite of multiple requests. I’m my search for a spare remote I discovered the housekeeping room on the first floor. No remote there, but I did discover a large pile of rat traps Later on the room key quit working. My girlfriend went to the front desk and they gave her a replacement. The replacement didn’t work, so my girlfriend went back to the front desk. At this point the girl working there grabbed the keys and angrily threw them over her shoulder. Then she made new keys and made my girlfriend come with her to test them on an outside door, while rudely speaking down to my girlfriend as though she were an idiot. The keys still did not work in the door to the room. By this time I had returned to the hotel, so I went to the front desk. The lady was still visibly annoyed and a little short with me, but showed some restraint. She called her supervisor- lady with a British accent. This lady was nice. Explained that she would re-program the room lock and let us back into our room while she made arrangements to re-program the lock. That did the trick. Not sure who the ride girl was but she needs to find another profession. Never did get a remote for the TV. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. No exaggeration. Stay away. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Building is being torn down.

Feb 11th, 2020

No hand towels, wifi didn't work, no breakfast, toilet leaked. Carpet was very old and stained. When I reported the issues, I was told the building is being torn down. Was not offered any discounts for my inconvenience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disgraceful property

Jan 27th, 2020

We made a reservation for this property through booking .com, we got there and the parking lot should have said it all, it was filthy and the building looked run down, went to the front and had to wait for the girl to come , she got out of the car and came over and apologized because she had to go get bananas for our breakfast at 5pm. She then gave us a key , we went up to the room the halls were dirty, and when we opened the door there was an inch of dust on parts of the floor, the bed sheets were stained and the overall room was a mess, I was totally shocked that this hotel was part of the Wyndham family, TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great, But Don't Expect Breakfast

Dec 9th, 2019

The stay was great overall. There were a few things that were of inconvenience. The ice machine stopped producing ice about an hour we arrived. The bathroom did not have a tub, so youngins have to shower or bath in the tub. The breakfast was the biggest problem. The room was completely empty and when you arrived, you were told to walk to the front desk. There, you were handed a paper bag with a banana, a water bottle, and a nature valley's granola bar.
