I am impressed with this place; spacious rooms, clean, with everything you need, super friendly service, and a great indoor heated pool. I highly recommend this sereine, clean, and comfortable hotel. Compare to other hotels these days, their service is superior: they clean your room everyday unless you don't want it, they respond to your needs immediately. My room had a fridge, microwave, and even a luxurious robe. The pool is spacious and the exercice room is filled with great equipments. And near by, is the mall and many good bars and restaurants. Finally, it is located in a safe area, frequented by nice, quiet folks, and it has easy, accessible and affordable parking. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Friendly and accommodating

I like to thank Sheraton hotel for having the best front desk guest check-in I was greeted by Josh who was most accommodating and very friendly also the hotel rooms were very clean later I met Ben at the front desk he was most helpful and resourceful and kind also Justin was an assistant and he was really a nice guy these three gentlemen made my stay most pleasant and when I'm in the area again I will definitely stay at this hotel thank you TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Incredible staff with wonderful service

I stay at this hotel regularly both pre and post covid. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Since i have back issues, my biggest concern is a good bed and no problems here. The staff is great, if you have any issue just ask and they will find a solution. The restaurant is currently closed but there is plenty of dining nearby or a grocery with pre-made meals across the street. The pool and gym are both now open. The hotel also has a van that I get rides from regularly. The accommodations are great but this hotels best feature is the staff that works there! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wonderful customer support!

I just completed a 2 night stay here and despite the pandemic having the hotel restaurant closed, I enjoyed my stay. My room was spacious and, best of all, clean! i believe the hotel was recently updated. I had a late night emergency and the night manager was right on top of things and helped me out. Kudo's. The location is right across the street from the Towson Mall and it's many restaurants. Great spot. Parking is $12 a day which is not bad. There are computers available on the lobby level. LOTs of TV channels to keep you occupied and a gym on the the third floor. There is also a customer laundry center. No pool. My room was right next to a busy street and I heard no street noise at all (Room 829). I will stay here again if I'm every back in the area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We visited in August 2020 and the air conditioning in the room didn't work. They had to send someone up to work on it at 10:00 at night. Opted to stay again in September 2020 asking for a room without air conditioning issues. The air worked. We knew the restaurant is closed completely due to COVID, but they have a coffee shop that serves Starbucks coffees and has breakfast foods and pastries, that's our plan for AM. I get dressed, go downstairs to get coffee and pastries to bring back to the room for breakfast, and it's closed. No sign on the door, just closed. We didn't allow time to go hunting for breakfast. We had an important appointment in the area and allowed just enough time to get breakfast in the coffee shop and go. I asked the front desk person if the shop is going to open, he said no. I asked why? They forgot to schedule someone to work it today and tomorrow. So for 2 days, there is no coffee or food on the premises. Really? How hard is it to be sure you have people working? Serious doubts whether I will stay here again. Oh, and they were people smoking pot in the hotel garage when we arrived last night, standing around. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
